Incompetent workers. I order the same exact meal each time I visit, I told the worker the meal was wrong and he proceeded to state “well maybe the menu changed, I then proceed to show him the order from the app along with the description and even the picture or what should be on the sandwich and this idiot wanted to argue with me stating it changed. I’m pissed and want a refund. This is not a loaded breakfast sandwich, what a waste of 7 bucks

This place is on such a great location for business but in fact “Jack” in te “Box” it’s been unable to meet the costumers hungry properly. Doors have closed randomly at this place before 6:00 pm and while I was in line there was about 3 DoorDash drivers came in for delivery pick up they had to wait about 20 min to get their costumers food. Bad too bad place was about 5% indoor costumers not even too busy for such bad service. French fries came up like this most looking like charcoal fries

Must be good, there were around twelve cars in the drive thru late Saturday night, but the line went pretty quick. No one was asked to park in front and wait for their order. I must say, I like that!!

The 11th St Tracy location needs help in more ways than one. When I arrived there was 1 car in the drive thru & no one inside so why did it take 15+ minutes to fill my order? My side salad lacked most of the ingredients despite made fresh on the spot. I should have looked in my bag before leaving. My tacos were empty & greasy. The server attempted to give me salsa that was hot having sat on a shelf in plain view. When she disgruntingly went to the fridge for salsa, she tried to tell me “this doesn’t have to be refrigerated” then why is it kept in the refrigerator? Remember I was the only customer at first now there’s 6 others who haven’t placed their order & I can hear the drive thru car horns blowing. There were 4 staff trying to run this location & it’s now lunchtime. I just want out! I give them credit as the place was clean. Fast food is still food that should be palatable & service should be customer friendly. What would Jack say??

I’m not going to say much besides if you can go to a different Jack in the Box do it this place is not only extremely filthy on the inside and non-sanitary but I have literally watched employees on their phones and then turning around and grabbing people’s food with their bare hands. I’ve complained numerous times and I’ve literally had the employees roll their eyes and say oh well go to a different javk n the box then. Wait time at this Jack in the Box is always very long even when there’s not a lot of people there. None of the employees so far that I have met are friendly or seem like they even want to be there. If you do decide to go to this Jack in the Box avoid the drive-thru cuz I can guarantee you your orders going to be wrong and you’re going to have to get out of the car anyways to go inside and have it fixed. I’ve gone to this Jack in the Box at least five times and every time I’ve had to get out of my car and go inside because they’ve messed my order up…you would think after the first couple of times I would have learned my lesson but I like to give people chances BUT after the fifth time we will NOT be giving another chance to do better because you won’t get better…with this Jack in the Box what you see is what you get!

Why is it so damn hard for these places to get an order correct? I ordered a Deli Trio Pannido. It’s supposed to have ham, turkey and salami, dill pickle. See the photos. This ain’t it. It doesn’t do me any good when I leave the drive thru and I’m 5 miles down the freaking road.
