This location has the rudest employees I’ve ever had to deal with. First, Maria needs an English speaking lesson, next the “manager “ could use one as well. They got my order wrong twice and then gave me a hard time about fixing it after they screwed up and overcharged me. God only knows if they did something to my food afterwards or not. Pretty much wasted 10 bucks because I threw it away because I don’t trust them. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

recently came thru the drive-thru and left with the wrong order! I didn’t get a receipt of my order so when I called for a replacement the young lady said to come back and they’ll simply remake it. Okay cool , so I get there and the workers had no name tags on, such bad arrogant attitudes and STILL messed up my replacement order !! Had to call the DM and that’s when they put their tags on and took my order seriously. This place needs a wake up call or better management!! wish i could give zero damn stars!

I ordered # 4016 today 9-4-25 I ordered sourdough jack combo large jacks spicy chicken with cheese 2 jr chicken sandwiches 4 jr bacon cheese burgers I got home to find out the jacks spicy chicken sandwich was not in the bag I called 4 times and they just ignored my calls the cashier was rude to me and 2 other customers didn’t want to answer questions and had a bad attitude
