Very bad experience all the way around. I ordered at counter but it took 10 minutes for anyone to come to counter to take my order. One employee just walked past registers and went to office. There was no one in restaurant! Finally was able to place my order but it took another 20 minutes to get food while they were serving drive thru customers quickly. I finally had to get their attention and ask for my food . The lady said they didn’t realize I hadn’t gotten my food but I was standing at the counter waiting! Bad business!! If a customer actually walks into establishment then acknowledge them and serve them in the order that they come. Food was horrible. Fries overcooked and burgers cold. This place is poorly run . It is not franchised so this could be reason. Restaurant was dirty. Floors sticky and windows disgusting.Go to Jack in Box downtown ! Food always hot and employees are great.

I was starving after work and pulled through the drive through. A young man helped me, I believe his name was Anthony, the sweetest kindest gentlest soul! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service at this level. And the food was hot and fresh, really hit the spot for a quick bite. Please give this man a raise or a promotion, we need more people like him!

I wish I knew the young man’s name that works there because I would love to give him a big shout out of how incredible a server he is. So warm and inviting and polite. I told my husband I bet he makes his mother proud! My only complaint of this location is I wish they would redo the parking lot because of the potholes. Bathrooms are clean the entire inside is clean just please fix the potholes and I’ll give you a five star….

Everything we had the bread was soggy and untoasted. Even the sour dough jack which is suppose to be crispy on both sides was untoasted as hell.

Super great staff, very friendly. Its just a fast food place but I came in cause I needed a break from sitting, but all the employees were extremely kind and thoughtful towards customers. Even the manager smiled and checked in on people who walked in. Must have came in on a good day for everyone

Typical Jack in the box service, 10 cars in the drive thru when we walked inside and 1 person inside yet we still got our order of $10 worth of food after they served the 10 cars in the drive thru & I know because the Range Rover that was last in line was getting their food at the same time as us.
