Worst fast food ever! That’s saying a lot. My Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and Onion Rings were made way before I even decided to go to Jack in the box. They were both very cold. The onion rings were like eating something petrified – hard, cold, nasty. AND those, plus a small drink, came to $9.69!!! What?! That’s more than some meal combos. If there was a combo for that, the cashier should have put it in that way (Mickey D’s does) The onion rings alone was half the cost of the “meal”. There was very little of the proffered nastiness to justify an order. I don’t usually go to Jack in the box. There is a good reason for that.

Drive thru was busy so I went inside. Was seen but ignored for a while before the guy working drive thru took my order. That being said, two people , who I thought had been served, were still waiting for, I don’t know how long, to get there inside order. While waiting, I noticed alot of disfunction with orders that were being filled for drive thru. The oil that was used for the deep fried items was smoking. That tells me it’s dirty. The floor in the lobby was sticky and dirty. I will not be back to this location if this is the manner in which they run this Jack’s. So disappointing.

There was no one working the register so it took a while to take my order. I don’t mind the wait but also there was some guy that ordered after me and he got his food first. One thing I would be careful of are the sandwiches cause the guy preparing them doesn’t wear gloves!!

2 times in 1 week now that they get my order wrong. The line is always super long and slow moving in the night time, so it would be another 30 minute wait to get your correct food item. Do better.

yeahhh, food the past couple weeks have been bleh, salads also seem to be almost room temp. MY BIG ISSUE IS THE SERVICE with this girl, seems young and wants to be done with customers coming in drive thru. (#1) i have to repeate my order like 4 times before she stops asking me what was that?… (#2) when giving my card to pay she seems like she is being rushed when theres no one else in the lobby and only cars. (#3) she looked irritated when i asked for some ranch on the side, and then gives me my food but not my drink so im just sitting there looking at her, and she fumbles around like what am i looking for Oh His Drink. and then doesnt say have a nice day or thank you. and its been like that for the past few weeks i only go there cuz i get tired of mcdonalds but nah not gonna go there anymore this place is just not a good place overall with the rookies, or maybe they not even a rook idk. but trash service.

45 minute wait. Manager mistakenly released my order to some other person and would not acknowledge her mistake. She also would not speak to us. They turned us away without the order that we paid for. Disappointing. THIS IS A NEGATIVE RATING FOR POOR SERVICE, long wait, no accountability.

I put in an application here and after witnessing what I seen, I would not want to work here. When I went in to talk about my application process I saw kids in the back playing and throwing food at each other while the manager egged them on to keep playing. I don’t think I could fit in an environment that is childish. I’m just way too mature and experienced for this Jack in the Box.

They were not busy at all in the slightest, there were 2 people ahead of me and one had already ordered. After the second person ordered after waiting 5 minutes to be assisted I had waited 15 minutes before my order was taken. After taking my order I then waited 30 minutes before my order was finished. After I got my order and before I left I checked to make sure everything was there, I am glad I didn’t leave because they missed an entire half of my order. I went back in to correct it and they were quick to correct it but still doesn’t earn them more than 1 star.

The food is ok but they have terrible customer service, ones you tell it they order on spanish they refused to talk on spanish and acting like they don’t understand the language, I think that’s enough of racist on these country , we have enough with Florida and Texas , come on ….
