It smelled like sewage inside when placing my order over the counter. So bad we didn’t take the food and just walked out. Also, When my friend went to use the restroom there was dried blood and urine on the seat.

When I first clicked on the survey I thought that Jack in the box on Ocean Ave had been remodeled, to was beautiful. But when I was transferred to do the actual survey I see it hasn’t been remodeled. But that’s ok because it is small but nice in the Ocean Street restaurant. I have been inside, thru the drive thru on have had Grub hub delivered. No complaints. The food is always fresh and tasty. Packaging is the same as other fastfood restaurants. The place is clean and the atmosphere between the employees is nice and respectful.

Very late night & in middle of closing & workers let my 3 year old daughter inside to use the restroom while on a longhaul in the tow truck. Then made her a grilled cheese (dont think its on the menu) an oreo shake and curly fries even though the stoves were already shut down. Great people there. Thanks so much.

I ordered online and when I got to the drive-through it was ready and the guy at the drive-through was super friendly like a great service with a smile nowadays, that’s hard to find but like I said it was great. The food was fast. It was perfect. The person that helped me super friendly, great customers service skills. This is how I like Service. I definitely will be back.

Ordered from the drive-thru. They told me to drive around and wait in the parking lot. Waited for 30 minutes, so I went inside and showed them my receipt and check-in on the order. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about at first. Then backtracked and said that she called out my order number and I never came to the counter, I told them I was waiting in my car in the parking lot like they told me to. All she said was “Ohhhh…” Had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order, so pretty much 45 minutes in total. So much for “fast food”.

Pathetic waste of money. I know the pictures dont always represent what is given because of marketing, but the sourdough supreme breakfast sandwich was a wast of money. 3 tiny pieces of bacon hidden on top of the ham was so sad. They forgot to give me curly fries instead of hashbrowns so yhe sandwich had to sit in the warmer to wait for them and it was a soggy gross mess. Biggest waste of money

We were passing through and the family needed breakfast so we stopped here. Not very informative staff – they just want you to get over with the purchase so service was cold. I ended up not ordering anything cos personally their menu is very unhealthy with minimum vegetarian options.

I had to make two separate orders because I made a mistake with the first and had to cancel it. I didn’t get a refund (which is fine it was my mistake) but when I ordered a second time they gave me a completely wrong order. I order a large cluck meal and this is what I got (photo below). I’m a broke college student and this was all I could order for food tonight and now I don’t even have a full meal. When I tried to call they didn’t pick up despite having “24/7” service. Very disappointing and I intend to get a full refund.
