I was searching for the Jack Jibbi, so the family made a few visits to this location. We also like Fanta Orange. Well their soda machine has an ant problem they don’t seem to address appropriately. Two times in the same week we had friends in our drink.

Corporate nor the location has addressed this from my two feedback surveys, so now I am sharing publicly.

The food was good for fast food, but I really don’t want the extra protein from insects in my beverages.

Our orders are always missing items. Every single time. Otherwise, I would easily give this place 5 stars for fresh delicious food. It’s super frustrating having to go all the way back to the restaurant for our items we didn’t receive. Once is whatever but this happens every time! Please check your bags first.

Workers here are extremely rude. I can understand due to the location they most likely deal with rude people all day but still doesn’t excuse being rude to people off the rip. Went to McDonald’s across the street and got way better service and was out in half the time. Would not recommend this restaurant unless it’s your only choice.

When I got there I was a bit early, food wasn’t ready. It was my first time using this app. I spoke the Manager Armando(spelling name unk sorry) he said I was I was a bit early. He assured me that the food would be ready. I told him we will see, since it was only 12 min away. This manager was great and true to his word with min to spare. I always go to this jack in the box and this crew is top notch. This was my first time using this app as stated, it was easy and faster. Will start using this more. Jack you are the Man!

I used to like this location but this experience was really pretty awful. We did an online web order and apparently 2/3 of our items didn’t exist. We got no notification and were only told that the items we ordered didn’t exist when we pulled up and were replaced by items we didn’t want. We asked for a refund, only to be rudely dismissed with – “go cancel the order on the app” at the drive through. Upon parking, we discovered there is no way to cancel the order so we went into the store to ask for help. The same employee was even ruder and more dismissive, refusing the help us at all. Without any viable solution the moment, we asked for our incorrect order, which he threw at us across the counter.

I normally don’t put this much effort into online reviews of fast food places but this horrendous service was truly exceptional. I believe this employee will only continue to cause the decline of this location. Furthermore, I think that online orders should do a better job of notifying the customer if items are missing so that customers are saved from the hassle of driving to the location in a wasted effort. I won’t be going to this location anymore, and I recommend others do not to avoid this experience.

As the founder of a customer-focused startup, I hold a deep appreciation for professionalism, efficiency, and respect in service-based environments. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this Jack in the Box fell far short of those standards.

The manager on duty, Yesenia, demonstrated an alarming lack of basic customer service. I stood directly in front of her for approximately seven minutes without acknowledgment. The disregard, dismissiveness, and lack of urgency were unacceptable for any business—especially one that relies on customer loyalty and repeat visits.

No customer should ever feel ignored or disrespected, and experiences like this highlight exactly why automation is rapidly replacing roles that require consistent professionalism. When leadership models poor behavior, it inevitably impacts the entire team and overall customer experience.

I will be following up with corporate to ensure this matter is addressed, as accountability is essential. This level of service is simply not acceptable for any company striving to maintain its reputation and operational standards.

I’ve given this location so many chances and have been disappointed for the last time. I ordered the spicy grilled chicken wrap which is supposed to have jalapenos on it and spicy sauce. There was no spicy sauce and apparently grown ups can’t tell the difference between jalapenos and pickles because that’s what ended up in the wrap. Disgusting. I just can’t get my head around how frequently mistakes are made on simple orders. Also got the two jumbo Jack offer a couple weeks ago and ended up getting sick from them, they tasted like they were old and microwaved. You win Jack I’m done

Placed a mobile order at 2:47 on the app, and arrived less than 10 minutes later to the drive thru. I gave my name for the order, person listening says they can’t find it, I try to relay what the contents were, he says to just come to the window. When I got there, I showed the email receipt on my phone with my name, order number, and what I ordered, and the person confidently says multiple times that they have no record of this order even though it was about 10 minutes ago at that point. After saying when I placed the order and I had been charged already for it, he runs back, and magically finds my entire order completely ready? I am very confused as to why I was told there was no record of the order, and he seemed to have an attitude as he handed it to me. Also, the shake was completely liquid, did I get someone else’s shake they never picked up?

I ordered and had uber eats delivered. The tacos had no meat, the ultimate cheeseburger had an ant crawler on it! Disgusting and will never eat there food again!
