Idk what’s going on over there… Lady asked me what did I order when I got to the window. Kept saying with cheese? I’m confused about what she is talking about cause I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal, with 2 tacos and halfsies. When I looked at my receipt when I got home, she charged me an extra $1.10 for “add cheese sauce” in my tacos. I look at the tacos and there ain’t no sauce in the taco… Cause I didn’t order that. Then it says, “only 1 American cheese”, for my burger. I didn’t say that, either. It’s missing the top patty cheese. I didn’t say anything about cheese… She was hearing stuff or listening to other people’s orders. I’m all for paying more, in this day in age… But please get things right

I stop by this Jack in the Box in Cupertino pretty often—it’s kind of my go-to spot. The food is always hot and fresh, and they get the orders right. Staff is friendly and quick, even late at night, and the drive-thru moves faster than most places around here. Super reliable when I just want something easy and tasty.

Worst experience with this outlet. During the lunch hour they just had burgers .. no normal fries. Only the curly ones. No drinks except for some vanilla Oreo shake. No aerated drinks too. Service was slow and the staff was not very helpful at all. Very rude and unfriendly. won’t be coming here again.

Very clean, the young lady who took our order was very sweet, had a smile on her face and just lovely. Nice to be able to order breakfast at lunch. Restrooms were very clean.

Employee could not speak clearly, there was defibrillator a language barrier. They had a employee with the pressure washer right by the ordering kiosk which made it even harder to understand her. I drove up to the window to place my order, which was easier but she still some how understood churros that I never ordered. So I paid and got churros that are not great.

Seriously, if you’re looking for a good hamburger this is not the place. Jack in the box burgers are tasteless. The staff is more concerned with online orders and drive through than taking care of walking customers.

Stopped by at around midnight and Reyna was working the drive thru. She showed EXCELLENT customer service and handed me my food with a smile all while multitasking…and no I don’t know Reyna personally. Just noting that she deserves recognition and a raise ! Haha

Jack is always good in a pinch plus you can get breakfast at all times of the day! The only thing about this location/trip…I had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for a free regular shake with purchase and the lady said ok just come to the window and then she refused to accept it! Not cool!!
