The food was not hot even just a minute after it came up. It tasted fresh, the lettus crisp, but the fried chicken in the wrap wasn’t hot enough to melt the shredded cheese within, and the tortilla still had the ridged feel as it does right from the refer. I asked them to microwave it for a few seconds but they told me no. If they would have put it in a broiler or salamander or panni grill for a few seconds it would be a night and day difference in my opinion. The dinning room was clean and all the condiments were nicely presented fully stocked, the restrooms were a bit messy but fully stocked. The staff were polite but seemed very mechanized, proper but absent personality.

Best meal from this drive thru. Piping hot fries, juicy chicken sandwich, ranch packets, drink with 2 inches floating ice, maximum coldness and quantity of soda, and that line was moving. Give your Sunday crew a raise. They killed it, for real. Thanks guys, delicious

Unlike the Jack in the Box on Homestead Road, this place actually reads the order. When we ordered Good Good sauce and they ran out, they gave Spicy Good Good sauce instead. Outstanding service!

I would give it a minus star!!!. I forgot my puffer jacket in the bathroom at 04:45 pm on Friday, 03/10, came back and asked whether someone found it. The restaurant staff refused to help me or look for it. They blatantly denied seeing it without even looking. This made me very suspicious that someone from the staff took it. I asked to talk to the manager but she didn’t help me either. I asked to look at cameras and they did not want to do it which confirmed my suspicion that someone from the restaurant stole my jacket!!!
