Quality has improved. I would give 5 stars for a fast food place but when I showed them that my double hot mess was a single they only gave me a patty lol instead of remaking the double. Not all of us have the time to drive back same day to address a issue. Either way they have good workers and the late night manager he’s great.

What was not that great was the temperature in the lobby. There was no
A/C and the lobby was uncomfortably warm. Also, there were wet floor signs left of perpetually dry floors. They should be put away. The doors were quite dirty with smears all over the glass.
The service was good. The food was extremely fresh and tasty.

This is My favorite JB…. Late night, there’s always a long line, but don’t let that fool you. They/we know! … how good the food is, and how skilled the staff is to get that line through quick enough not to loose us “foodies”. This is by far the best location around.

Good food, but definitely overpriced. Close to four dollars for a small order of french fries. Salted just right, but a smidge undercooked. The chicken strips were tender, and the batter coating was crunchy but under seasoned. However, the three portions of chicken were pretty stout.

Update on this location:
After my initial post, I was able to speak with a manager who was very sympathetic to our poor treatment and made an effort to ensure that we would not be treated as poorly in the future.
As such, we have since returned 4 times and each time the employees were fantastic! We went at various times of the day to get different people. Each time they were pleasant and the food was hot, made correctly, and fresh.
Thank you so much for taking care of the issue. I appreciate you and will continue to return to your restaurant and can now recommend that others visit without having to worry about being treated with disrespect simply because they are hungry.

Wow. I just ordered a double jack. And this what I got. One patty with basically no toppings. Not even cheese. Dude didn’t even give me a receipt. And the fries are cold as hell. So disappointed in the night shift. That dude needs to get fired.

While driving by, I reminisced about the times in which my father would take us to Jack in the Box to have chicken sandwiches and curly fries. So, instinctively, I went through the drive thru to get an order. Though the restaurant had no customers and the drive thru was empty, I decided to stay and to my surprise the workers were very pleasant. They did everything I would expect, and though the employee dropped some of my change, I do not mind.
