45 minutes to get ready for food in drive through with no cars in front of me. The guys first told me to wait for 5 minutes to take my order and then took 5 more minutes for payment at the window, and you know the rest!! This was my second time experiencing after 5-6 months to be back here. Same thing as last time. The Filipinos guys said he is alone and didn’t care when I told him to talk to your management to do something to hire more people for this branch. So please do not send me back an automated message to call or email to say about this issue. Please do something and don’t take people life and time to stay for nothing. I’m a healthcare provider too and has to be back to work and help people that need me for saving their life. You took my evening break time that I could be more helpful to others. Horrible, “sauced and loaded” tiny tacos had hardly any filling. The taco party pack also had little filling and smelled off, couldn’t even attempt to eat it, and the burgers were so dry, my bun tasted days old.

I went to this location at 10:10 pm to pick up an order I made online for carry out. They had there doors locked and said I had to go to the drive thru after I walked there. They had no way to cancel my order online when the sign clearly states they are open until 10 30.

Came here during my lunch break, ordered two tacos and one jack wrap, there was ONE car in front of me when I ordered and I waited 23 minutes . By the time it was my turn the guy asked for my order and I asked if it hadn’t been taken when I ordered at the speaker thing, he said no and asked for my order again so I just cancelled it and left. This was so incredibly frustrating I went back to to work hungry and crying out of frustration. I looked at the reviews while I was waiting and everyone complains that the service is slow. Something needs to be done about that because all i see is Jack in the box responding and saying sorry for the service, that does nothing to fix the issue .

had difficulties trying to pick up an online order as they try to make me pay for something. I already paid for online. Try to give this place a second chance try ordering at the window today. They got my order wrong the first time and try to make me pay for a order I didn’t order and wanted me to pay for both even when they repeat the order to you, they still get it wrong

We came to return spoiled chicken and were received by a 40 yr old woman (not quite sure) , but working 6/15/23 around 9pm, she quickly became stingy and lacked mannerisms and was extremely rude to my mom who would’ve just been fine with a new sandwich & and continued to say “you’re constantly complaining.” and was just completely unprofessional. Not sure if you’d enjoy a rude employee? Doesn’t look well on your behalf when you want customers returning and it seems that majority of reviews agree. This is not the first time she has lacked manners or has put up a nasty face.

Very bad experience, I ordered the bacon burger combo, there was no bacon and no lettuce. No Coke! Also, I ordered the medium size and they gave me the small size. After I pointed out their mistake, one of the male waiters at the front desk very rude snatched the burger from me and threw it in the trash. He said that I am making new one for you, and the new one is still cold, with two small sticks of bacon in it! I will not come again! Should I ask the bank to stop the payment? Because, the burger they gave me was completely different size than what I asked for!
Hope the owners step up the training !if they continue to work here. You will lose a lot of customers! no one pays to be mad
