Since I moved to this neighborhood in 2004, this Jack In The Box has always had unprofessional people working there, sloppy food put together by incompetent workers and want to charge for every condiment. I had not been to this place since 2019 and today I gave it one more try. Chicken strips were fine. Jumbo Jack with cheese was ok. My six tacos were so sad. I could count the lettuce with one hand and the cheese was half hanging out of the tacos. Forget the quality of the food. I asked if I could get a couple of ranch packets for my five piece chicken strips. They told me no. They could only give me one packet for five piece. I asked if I can get 30 packets of hot sauce because I use five packets per taco. They said no, we can only give you one packet per taco. I asked if I could pay extra so I can enjoy my food the way I want and they said no. Ugh! I can’t believe how some people wake up everyday to work at a place like this and talk to paying customers like this. What a horrible living. Anyways, I’m NEVER going back to this Jack In The Box EVER!!! You think your life is tough. Pay a visit to this Jack place and you’ll feel better about yourself.

I don’t know I have a bit of a strange feeling from the hispanic guy at the drive-thru . Doesn’t seem friendly but it’s okay I don’t go that often on the other side or maybe that’s the reason why I avoid.

I eat here daily for the past month.
Sometimes the fries are too crispy or just right. The grilled chicken sandwich varies by a lot.
Some days it’s juicy & perfect,
others half of the sandwich is inedible.
I prefer the crispy sandwiches now.
The breakfast is a hit or miss.
Usually order number 26. Majority of the time the sausage is way to greasy.
I have noticed the morning fries are amazingly nice & hot.
Don’t forget to save the receipt for app rewards!

Sad to say not all things are better with age. It’s like the whole philosophy of what they were changed. What used to make jack rocks is just not there. Gone ate the get a lot, for what you got days. I got 1 meal Medium, an extra Ultimate bacon cheeseburger, and extra Medium fries. I was completely shocked at the $35 price tag

I ordered here last night from DoorDash, spent $45 on the food was ready fast dasher was here super quick. Where the food was being delivered was not even 5 minutes from Jack & when I received my food everything was definitely super hot!
Sadly opening both bags , the monster taco order was poorly packaged , oily then usual , the spicy Jack chicken wrap was poorly put together as well at my BUTTERYJACK BURGER! Looked like whoever was handling it was super rough … I was hungry , door dashed because being busy so I didn’t have time to take no pictures. But compared to Jack In the Box in Novato on RedWood Blvd, I have gon multiple times , this presentation was horrible made me not enjoy the food at all.

This particular stop was not a good one for me. It was lunchtime and a crowd was gathering. The drive-thru was wrapped. I rarely if ever use a drive-thru anymore.
But it was unfortunate inside at the counter. My order was taken incorrectly and I did not want to wait but I already paid, so I took my drink and went to the burger king, north at the next exit for my sandwich. Someone received a free sandwich.
Burger King went smooth because I am familiar with the menu. Sorry Jack, doubt I’ll be back.
For those of you familiar with the place, I’ll respect it and give it a 3 star max.
