I wanted to share my experience from Jack in the Box on 11/18 after submitting a mobile app refund request on 11/16 and not being able to reach anyone. When I returned today, I was immediately greeted by Manager Olga P. and her amazing team — and let me just say, their customer service was next level.
Olga welcomed me with a smile, listened to my situation, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. The employees were just as friendly, making sure I left completely satisfied. Their positive energy, great communication, and genuine care really stood out.
I’ve been coming to this location for years, and this is exactly why — the staff here always goes above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Olga P. and the whole crew for turning my day around and reminding me why I love this place.

I have been going to this particular location for decades. I love their tacos, but the sauce is a little too spicy for me…so, I simply order light on the sauce and they get it right every time. I also like my fries on the lighter side, so when I order fries, I ask them to be light. I always get them perfectly. I mentioned this to a friend who said, “oh no, I don’t like light fries. Their fries are perfect.” It’s all up to taste. Simply ask how you want your food cooked. They always get it right – as the food is made to order. Fast, friendly, good value. One of my favorite places.

Came in on a Sunday night. Staff is very friendly and positive attitude. Drive-thru was organized and efficient. The cashier lady even confirmed my order upon handing me the bag! The food was delicious and very well prepared.

Showed them my mobile order receipt and wouldn’t prepare my order cuz It didn’t show up due to their system error. Wasted 30 mins stayed in line and waited for order to come through. + credit card has already been charged. McDonald prepared my food immediately when this situation happened and apologize for the inconvenience.

Its just like any other Jack n Box. Other than the employees arent always as nice as some of there other restaurants. It just seems like they are constantly irrated. But they hired a new male em employee that does the late night drive thru and he is absolutely awesome. Always on top of his work and he’s never messed up on my order not even once.
