Dear Jack,
I didn’t expect to fall in love at 2 a.m., but here we are. Oakland Jack-in-the-Box, you’ve stolen my heart (and my appetite). That’s real love.
The spicy chicken sandwich meal (fries not pictured because I ate them in the car), a Minute Maid, and a seven-piece jalapeño popper… honestly, this felt less like fast food and more like the Last Supper. If Jesus had served jalapeño poppers that night, I don’t think anyone would’ve doubted him.
Your Good Good sauce was everything its name promised, your taco sauce a quiet but steady companion—like you, Jack. Dependable. Comforting. Slightly mysterious under that giant round head.
Jack, don’t ever change.

Surprised the tacos are still relatively low in price. Still good for what it is and they were made when ordered instead of sitting there in a huge batch. So the lettuce was still fresh, cheese melted, and meat want dried up. Service is great here.

They gave me the wrong order. I get its not the Ritz Carlton, but damn, no one wants to waste money. This has never happened at the McD across the street. Its very unfortunate.

I went in for an ultimate cheeseburger combo and said the number 8 I guess they didn’t hear me but they gave me a jr cheeseburger and you know what I probably would’ve heard the same no problem then i ask for the burger I wanted and instead of ultimate cheeseburger I get bacon ultimate cheeseburger now I was getting kinda frustrated and I was so sad cuz my food got cold then they start talking about me to the person who refunded me like I would do the same but at least don’t let me hear it I spent 30 mintues in there

Did an online order. The line was long about 30 min. When I got my food it was cold. I requested sauce for my meal, didn’t get them.

Kept saying they were closed even though it’s a 24 hr drive thru, ignored multiple customers when questioned about their hours, and just acted completely rude and unprofessional even when they were pretty much forced to open because the ridiculous amount of people they now had waiting to be served not to mention all the business they turned away . If I could give negative stars I would .

Today 4:30pm the little man working there front counter was rude and completely unprofessional. Ignoring me causing me to shout in order to get a response. I wear a body camera and will send the video to corporate. It’s not my fault it’s small.
