I’ve lived in Dublin,Ca. For 50 years . I don’t order their Jumbo Jacks anymore, because “they’re not” I Remember the Rodney Alan Rippy Days when the Jumbo Jacks were Jumbo ,and they took pride in their food , and service . Now ,they can’t even get the order right , or complete the orders. I’ve ordered their Bacon & Swiss 5 times in the last 2months , 3 out of the last 5 times , no Bacon . I tried calling them , number is disconnected . I’m “Very Disappointed” . Maybe Jack and The Box will do the right thing ,and make good on these orders that they messed-up on . I’m losing a lot of faith in this so-called fast-“food” restaurant !

I ordered 6 tacos with extra lettuce and extra taco sauce and there was barely any lettuce in them. I also ordered a breakfast combo and instead of the coffee I paid extra for an orange juice fory daughter and didn’t realize until after we got on the freeway that they didn’t give me the orange juice. They obviously do not pay attention to customers orders. Horrible service.

So I place an order through the app because you can get freebies with a minimum purchase, pull up to the drive through and tell them I have a mobile order. “It’s not done yet, please park and come back in 5 minutes.” “Can’t I just wait in the drive through?” “No.” So I park, come back in five minutes, and there’s a line of 6 cars, which takes 25 minutes to get through, at which point I’m handed my order, with everything at room temperature and slightly soggy from steaming hot food being left to cool.

I am with this jack in the box for over 3years now. I wanted my mom and cousin to have the jumbo jack with cheese sandwich(replace the meat with hash browns) 1st ever experience!!And while placing the order the gentleman couldn’t understand my order. After repeating my order twice he punched in my order with over priced hash browns. I can’t believe while paying I paid $40 for the sandwiches and only two Ramch to go with it.
The guy Rohit was so rude when I told him he charged me separately for the sandwiches as well as hash brown sandwiches. And when I spoke to him politely that I am coming from years this is not the price I pay he was so harsh with his words and he also abused in his own language which I understood.
I will want to claim my money back or probably reach out to the owner for his apology.

Quick and easy breakfast since I was out of coffee. Decided to roll with the special cheddar chicken biscuit sandwich. Biscuits were much softer than the original, chicken was crispy and moist. Needs some sort of sauce on it though – added some hot honey from home to spice it up a notch. Iced caramel coffee always on point.

Came around 11PM. Only ONE customer ahead of me. It wad an Indian guy taking orders. I said FOUR tacos. I was charged for FOUR tacos.
While driving home, I found there was only TWO. Fries were overdone as well.
You are not busy like In n Out. No reason to not get an order right.
