I’ve always had a positive experience at this particular Jack in the Box, it’s my number one fast food spot in the Bay Area. I usually stop by for a bite or grab late night munchies in the late hours since they are open really late via drive-thru. My go to order is the $12 Munchie Meal simply because it comes with the Jack’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich. In my honest opinion, I think their Spicy Chicken Sandwich tops all other ones in the bay, at least in terms of Fast Food places. Another reason I go out of my way to come to this specific location is the fact that they always have the Good Good Sauce in stock, sometimes other locations run out. Never had bad luck at this location. I cannot wait until they bring back the Spicy Good Good Sauce! Now I would give it a 5 star review but I have occasionally had times where I was missing an item or two. Overall a solid 4/5 places for a fast food chain and they will definitely keep getting my business. Pretty quick and tasty comfort food =)

I was so disappointed and Jack in the box I love going there but I had one of the worst experiences in my life there I ordered a double jumbo Jack with cheese they gave me a single I ordered four tacos the tacos were cold and stale the burger was cold the cheese was not even melted on the burger I was the only one in line had to say my order three times to the lady and she still got it wrong and serves me cold food I am so disappointed in Jack in the box I will never return to that establishment ever again and she had the nerve to tell me double sounds like jumbo but you still got my food wrong. What about the cold tacos in the cold Burger when I’m the only one in drive-thru

Today I ordered a crispy chicken club salad and received a grilled chicken. I asked for extra ranch and did not receive. I feel like the person who took my order just kept saying un huh and threw the first thing they saw in the bag. I didn’t take my receipt my fault I paid with a debit card so there is a record of my transaction. I called to complain and no one answered

I ordered an extremely complex order for all the dancers in our dance company that were competing down the street. The drive through operator double checked my order by reading it back. Asked questions. Did an awesome job. Then I got to the window and he had already packed my half dozen shakes into drink carriers and quickly accepted my payment and started handing me drinks and bags. He got everything right. The team prepared and packed my food flawlessly. Great work. Our Jack in the box restaurants are always good but today they stood out. Thank you!

Great food, fast and friendly service, and great prices. I love how convenient the location is. I would say my only issue is the drive thru exit. It’s a one way and the exit is close to the on-ramp for the freeway but other than that. It’s a great place.

I got my food and wanted to use the restroom before getting back on the road. Pewhee that stench was so strong in there it almost made me sick!
