I went through the drive-through and was told to go wait in front to get my order walked out to me. The person behind me drove out 30 secs before I looked up To see a Jack-in-the-Box employee walking back in with a bag of food. I was the only one sitting out front with my lights on. No one else was out there. When I went in to ask if that was my order, I was told yes but I wasn’t in the number one spot. when I told her I Was told to park out front not in any one specific spot And then asked why didn’t she didn’t come to the car and asked if it was me waiting for a meal, She didn’t answer, she glared at me and gave me my bag of food , turned her back and walked away. When I asked if I could have an extra bag and extra napkins, she did not look at me but put a bag And Two napkins on the Counter, turning her back on me and walking away. I asked for extra napkins and she Said unbelievably “you want more?” As if I didn’t deserve a few extra napkins. They had put absolutely NONE in the to go bag.
Seriously, if people just could use their common sense I probably would’ve been given my food in the drive-through OR The employee would have put 2 and 2 together that there was only one car waiting for a meal and this all would not have happened. A smile and a bit of kindness Or concern that a customer is getting what they ordered, Along with a handful of napkins, would’ve been a little nice as well. I really don’t think that’s too much to ask.

I ordered a large number 2 and said out loud very clearly “only cheese and ketchup” I was met with attitude from a lady saying “so plain?” I said yes. I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes (there was only one car in front of me and one behind me) and when I finally got my food they gave me a single burger with no cheese. I’d give this location zero stars if I could, I’ve had problems with wrong orders and attitude in the past.

I need to shout this business. I misunderstood an item on the menu, my mistake. The crew went out of their way to contact the manager or maybe the owner to make sure I was a happy customer. Service like this, even when the customer isn’t right…WOW! It’s really commendable, and I’ll for sure be back. Thank you for your great service!!!

I don’t typically leave a negative review unless it’s absolutely necessary. This is one of those times. Been here several times, and each visit has been unacceptably slow for a “fast food” restaurant. During my latest visit, the wait time was almost 15 minutes with NO cars in front. There was no explanation of why my order came out late, just a half effort apology. Unacceptable.

They charged me 32 dollars by mistake and they still haven’t been able to refund it to my account… and they also charged me 13 dollars for two milkshakes! I went to complain and I wasted my time. It wasn’t my fault that they charged me wrong and now I’m wasting my time going to complain.
