I went to the drive-thru today and the person taking my order has no customer service skills whatsoever. When I pulled up the window I don’t get a smile or “hi”. Everyone working there looks so miserable. Then to top it off, I get no cinnamon on my churros. Kinda defeats the purpose of churros..

The 24 hour drive through is closed again at 4:45am, 12/23/2022 and building is empty. Drive through entrance barricaded with wooden pallets. This happens far to frequently. I’m giving up on this place and will start getting breakfast elsewhere when I get closer to work.
What’s the point of advertising that the drive through is open 24 hours if it’s not going to be open 24 hours? Please, just be honest about your hours of operation.

The Ultimate cheeseburger in my munchy meal was really really poorly made. Everything else was fine I guess but the highlight of the meal was an ultimate let down. Only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24hrs. But don’t expect anything nice in between a bun.

We went to get food for the family. When we went to pay with my moms card, it got declined. We politely asked them to try again. They tried but it declined once more. We then tried another card and same thing happened. I tell the you guy that maybe his machine went offline. I work in retail and know it happens sometimes. One of the other employees then said it wasn’t their fault that we didn’t have any money in our cards. We ended up paying with cash even though we know for a fact both cards have money. This heavy set guy with curly hair has been rude before but today he really crossed the line. Especially when he went to our car to give us our food. My mom again tells him there must have been a problem with the reader. He then laughed and said that it was ok because of economics. I really think this guy needs to be retrained and needs better customer service.
P.S. My mom was so upset that they treated us like that and wanted to go try her card some where else. We went to Safeway right after and the card worked fine.

My wife and kids went there to get lunch today. And we went to the drive-thru, everything was going fine.we received our order and as we checked it in the parking lot we realized that my wife’s chicken fajita pita was missing even though we had the fries and drink for the combo. So my wife went in to talk to the manager and he was very rude to her would not give her the food said she was wrong. So I went in and talked to the manager. and just as well, he told me I was wrong but he still gave me the sandwich? And then kept berating me in front of all of the customers in the store. I will never come back to this location ever again and I am a very big fan of the Jack!

i come one day and they give me my sandwich. by itself. no combo. no issue. next day i come and they say “it only comes in a combo”..”we cant even do it by itself on the screen”.. so how did i just see it on the screen by itself yesterday when i ordered just that? they refused to give it to me by itself and this isnt the first time me something like this has happend. its always something with jack in the box. i swear theyre worse than taco bell. and thats saying a LOT. jack in the box used to be my favorite fast food chains but man have they gone down hill.. especially this one :
