I didn’t get the employee‘s name but his customer service skills were exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my meal was correct. After being mistreated at McDonald’s I refunded my order and went to Jack-in-the-Box and I just can’t even explain how well they run their store. My friend and I were feeling a little cheeky and needed some food. Not to say the McDonald’s in this area isn’t always 10 out of 10, but we needed something with some salt lol. We ended up at the Jack in the box not too far away and there was no line for the first time ever. We were in and out of there and probably less than about 5 minutes.

To extent that any given franchise in the chain is indifferentiable than any other in the chain, it’s hard to rate these places except on whether or not they deliver what they promise. Given that Jack in the Box only promises fast food, I’d say this place meets expectations fully. And I can’t find any other reason not to go to this establishment. So I’m giving it five stars just on that rather useless assessment.
