I waited for 30 minutes. It’s a fast food for a reason. It’s such a small burger that I ordered too. If I wanted a bigger meal and had the time to wait I would’ve just gone to a restaurant like Denny’s.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and was extremely disappointed. The food quality at this location is terrible, tasteless and far worse compared to other branches. The chicken didn’t have any real flavor, just the marinade covering it, and overall it tasted like garbage. Very poor quality. The owner should really change the staff or bring in better ingredients. I won’t be coming back.

I placed a mobile order, and when I got there 11 min later, it was not ready. They had me park in the front and brought it out a short time later. For an order that was not ready, EVERYTHING was cold. Not lukewarm, cold.

The WORST jack in the box in the area. ALWAYS TELL YOU TO PARK WE BRING IT OUT TO YOU! One time I told them no and I found a bug in my chicken sandwich! Employees look dirty and have nasty attitudes. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Food was hot and made to order. Staff was friendly. Great job! Fries were hot and crispy. If you never tried the egg rolls, don’t hesitate and be sure to ask for the sweet and sour. Their egg rolls are my favorite and always hot and crispy!
