You better check your order more than once, even if you clearly say please don’t add cheese, cheese will be on their guaranteed. I checked mine where the usual cheese should be at the top of the burger, get all the way home, open it, and they put the cheese in the weird location on the bottom. No, it was not busy. There was not even one car behind me. No, I did not have a large complicated order.

Made me wait two times. Once in line thru drive thru and another in person when I went inside for the second order. To use the second coupon.

Visited this Jack In the Box on a Sunday afternoon and there drive thru was busy. I had to wait for a bit to get my order taken by the cashier inside the restaurant, but it wasn’t too much of a wait. Food was prepared good and food was hot so There is an plenty of room for out door seating compared to the dinning area inside. This location is near Chabot College and I feel like this place gets real busy during school days.

Worst jack in the box in Hayward. They ration their portion sizes for children and they don’t even cook well. My bacon was soggy and scrambled eggs were pebbles. They didn’t even give any napkins or straws for my drink. Whoever is managing is an extreme penny pincher and needs to be replaced with someone who takes the time to do quality control. What they are serving is absolutely unacceptable compared to the other local jack in the boxes. How are you going to make me pay $10 for 3/4ths of a meal that isn’t even cooked well and then not give me the basics like napkins and a straw?

I order the ultimate cheese burger just the sandwich and Claudia (person who took my order, through the drive through) started laughing at me because I mispronounced it. English is my third language and I do have an accent when I speak English but I don’t think people should be laughing at me because of it or mispronounciation. Education is the best medicine for ignorance. Do not recommend this place.

Walked in because I have a truck that cannot fit through the drive thru. Watched every employee avoid serving me so I left and took my money elsewhere. I advise anyone to do the same. Will NIT be wasting my time.

Did drive thru to get 4 tacos bc they are excellent and one of the best deals in fast food, and for the first time ever, the tacos were cold. One of them warm at best. I’ve never had this happen, usually they are too hot to eat right away. There’s another one nearby that I will choose to go to in the future if im working in the area again.

If I would have known I would have to pay $12 for a little burrito and a tiny little coffee with no refills I would have gone across the street to black bear for some expensive coffee with refills. This place is stingy and the coffee was so tiny and they would mot refill.
