On 12-27-25 at around 6pm we went through the drive through.Among other items ordered, we ordered the 8 piece nuggets. My friend saw one worker shake the box as she was looking inside it and got a weird feeling like something wasn’t right. Low and behold, they only put 6 nuggets in my 8 piece. I went inside to get it corrected and I saw the the nuggets weren’t quite ready yet. So, they put 6 thinking I wouldn’t notice!!
All they had to do was have us wait a few minutes, but instead they tried to get away with 6 instead of 8!!
So slimey!! BEWARE!!

This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They got my order wrong the first time I came, and I brushed it off, thinking the staff might have just been having a bad day. I decided to give them another chance and came back a second time, big mistake. Not only was the food cold and hard, but the fries weren’t fresh at all. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was consistently rude, impatient, and unwelcoming, as if they were unhappy to be there. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but it clearly shows in how customers are treated. I won’t be coming back.

This Jack’s location is getting worst & customer service is horrible! I used to order through the app & just come to pick it up and everytime now seem they always have problem with the order. The service is very unprofessional & rudes. Now I just go across the corner for better McDonald’s or drive to the PH’s location. People pls dont gìve them any more business!

Phone number doesn’t work so they can’t take complaints. Ordered through doordash and received completely stale and rotten food. Bun was hard as a rock, missing ingredients and the cheese was hard like plastic. Fries were cold and stale up delivery as if they had been made hours earlier. The cheese is literally as hard as plastic and breaks apart like it too.

i ordered on jack in the box website, i ordered 2 jumbo jack meal deal but when it was delivered only 1 was delivered, i asked the delivery man and the delivery man said he only got 1 from the store, i had to run to the store myself to ask where my other 1 was. then the mexican man who works the 11pm shift said it was none of his business, and i knew he lied, i did nothing but lose money, this is the last time i eat jack in the box, i will post this all over social media!! thanks for the service.

3 years ago I gave this place four starts… I now give it three. Food is still decent. If you have the app and are redeeming your codes Make sure the staff gives you your receipt! It’s almost as if they don’t want to give you your receipt… My son pointed out that the last five times they didn’t give me the receipt. Today I stopped by and once again my receipt is not offered once the transaction has been made. I had to ask for my receipt. The girl didn’t seem too happy having to look through the bucket full of receipts… What happens to all those points?
