Clearly states its 24 hours. Arrived at 4:16 am and there are people inside eating. I went through the drive thru and the worker came out and told me hes closed. I asked why, its 24 hours and people are inside eating, he said. I’m closed.

The location of this store has been convenient for me in my locale and i can appreciate it’s employees and Management diring the current crisis period even though i had had some discrepancies with some orders in the past. The only concern i have at rhis time is how a number of times i received cold, dead fries with my order.

The 3 star review doesn’t reflect the food or staff. The exit out of the drive through is a hot mess 1.5 car lengths from pick up window until busy el Camino. Atlanta 12pm most of the wait time for the drive through is due to this.

I usually go to the one in Mountain View by Montecito Ave and it’s been always great. Went to this location twice and both times I being very disappointed. Service is super slow and the food, TERRIBLE!! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it tasted very old as well as the fries. Will not go to this place again

Sometimes I crave fast food and was wanting Jack in the Box. The food itself was fine but the service was incredibly slow, which was surprisingly as there was nobody in line and wasn’t busy at all.

+(*) Chocolate Shake with extra Cherry – at 1st I underestimated chocolate shake didnt look at all Chocolately like app but I like mine to sit for like 20mins I like really liquidy as I let it sit the chocolate started to get darker and after tasting its was super chocolatey which is GREAT for me , whip cream didnt leave a nasty film in my mouth it was very good of course cherries where delicious.

(Sorry I get with No lettuce) but still I always am disappointed never crunchy how I like a crispy taco but here I put my EXTRA hot sauce and it was super crunchy well done its was very good , sauce and triangle of cheese was good all together.
+(**) Bacon Potatoe Wedges I didnt think it was enough cheese but it was and it was so Flibbin good and potato wedges where nice and Crispy and soft potatoe in side , the cheddar cheese & cheese sauce down to bacon peices was super goood! I had enough sauce to go around yummm!

to manager jakelin customer the order was 6 crsp chk L curly fry and L drink the chicken was raw and the frys were cold and old and apart from that a bad service they have charged me extra money for sauces the
that it would have to include a combo and the lady who was in charge of picking up and delivering the order was very disrespectful.

Came around 11pm and they was packed inside and out. Waited about 30 min in drive thru. Employee at the window was kinda short seemed like she was overwhelmed with the rush. Asked for ketchup and got “have a good day” no ketchup. Paid for pickles only to get 2 on my burger. Best thing about the meal was the fries, hot and fresh.
