This was my favorite jack in the box until last night. I ordered a 3pc tender combo like always and i got small tenders instead of the regular long tenders like before… and the price went up $1 for the tender sizes to get smaller…! They could’ve at least added more tenders to add up to the 3 long tenders like before because this was not a meal, more like a snack, do better!

Is this the best Jack in the Box in the country? The fries are always fresh, and the sandwiches look like they come out of an ad. The workers have always been very friendly with me as well.
The only thing they need to fix is convince corporate to fix the app which somehow gets slower and worse with every redesign.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. Food was consistent but I thought twice before ordering. You go inside to order and you’re greeted with what looks like bulletproof glass at counter. It was hot inside, no AC. I felt bad for the employees working in these conditions. Also had a strong odor of pine sol, overpowering. Just looked and felt dirty. This location needs a major overhaul.

Got the boba milk tea drink twice and both times the boba was hard and not soft. I asked the people working there and their response was that’s how it is, nothing we can do (they said they just microwave the boba). I had microwave boba before and there is a right way to microwave them so it forms make them hard.
