I been to this location a lot pf times that i can say, the drive-thru cashier Israel is super friendly, respectful, and patient. He has great customer service. Even when it is busy he still has great service and tries his best. He is fast at taking orders and handing them out. I always leave very satisfied with the service and my food. Big shoutout to Israel for the great service at this jack in the box location!! I will be comming back more often to this location in my area

Had 1am late dinner after a flight into SFO. Service was slow. Fries were good and fresh which isn’t common for late at night. I found overall the sandwich had too much sauce on it and the sourdough bread was too dense.
The place was also getting food delivered at the time so maybe this is why it was so slow?

Stumbled upon this place on a meandering bike ride. This Jack-in-the-Box is a cozy fast food spot with decent outside seating.
Food was served up quick and there were two tables for patrons to eat outside. They were taking Cash Only payments this evening, so that might be inconvenient for some.
Spicy popcorn chicken was really good and I even ate the crumbs. It’s a good place for a quick bite or snack!

One of the better of the franchise in the surrounding cities, as far as food and service go. The only downside is the lack of seating and a big sign in the dining area that states you are only welcomed for 30 minutes, and after that it’s considered loitering.

Change your oil. If a person wants cheese on their burger put cheese on it. If a person wants an egg roll put sweet and sour. The oil was old, like why do you not care about what you put out? People eat this. These staff members do not care about the normal quality of food they put out. They just care about talking amongst themselves and doing the bare minimum

I haven’t had much Jack in the Box in the last 20 years but I was nearby and needed something including coffee. I was pleasantly surprised! I had the bacon, chicken and egg sandwich. I opted for no cheese. Wow! The bread was soft and fresh, the chicken was crispy as was the bacon. Ihe sauce, not sure what, was a perfect compliment. It was not a salty mess but very good!! didn’t occur to me to take a picture until I was well through it but that’s a positive endorsement.
