Just visiting the Mountain View/San Jose area Jack and had an overall good experience. The food was hot and ready in a timely manner and the staff were friendly and polite. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the food was I have ordered the Jumbo Jack at the Santa Maria CA and this was not as good. It seems to have good flavor, but was more lettuce than burger which was not what I was expecting. Although, I will still be back. Keep serving fast food good Jack!!

This spot is definitely one of the best around! The drive-thru moves smoothly, even during those late-night cravings. Every time I’ve come through, the customer service has been top-notch, friendly and efficient. As for the food, it’s always been on point. Never once had to return anything or toss it out,

By far thee best TACOS!!! I’ve tried Jack-In-The-Box tacos from other locations and they are not the same!!! The tacos are always fresh and crunchy!!! Would highly recommend!!! It doesn’t matter what time you stop by for them, they’re always delicious!!!

Wanted to try the smash jack because I love smash burgers. It’s supposed to come with grilled onions, only got raw regular diced onions. The burger patty tasted like a regular frozen patty made to look like a smash burger patty but definitely not a fresh beef smashed patty. Service at this location is very slow.

this taco bell the food is gas, however the customer service is not. i asked for 4 cups of water for me and my friend and they threw a whole fit that i was asking for multiple cups of water. water is free lol
