I don’t know if the employees really trying their best cause it’s literally taking them hours for them to keep the drive thru line going. I had to wait for half an hour before I could get my food after waiting in line. Can’t back up and leave cause there’s even more cars behind me. Seriously, yall need to speed up the drive thru. I worked at a drive thru myself it’s not that hard to serve many cars at once. This is the slowest fast food I’ve been at. Ironic.

This place is horrible .. I will never go to any jack n. Box .. After buying 4 tacos . I found one of them had been eaten ,or bitten by what looks like a rat ..I am in shock that they cooked it and sold it to a customer .. check out my photo ..it’s so gross..

It was one of the worst customer service ever received I tried calling multiple times due to my fries or hashbrowns being hard had no answer I called the store multiple times I had no answer , I called the store two days after and I still have no answer the phone just kept going on as if it was ringing and nobody would pick up the phone. It’s super frustrating when you have managers on site and cannot manage to get their work done. Super disappointing

It’s 9/11/24 I ordered from the 1540 N. Main St. location in Salinas at 9:15pm. Jacquel took my order through drive thru. I ordered $65 worth of food. When I got home I started giving everyone their meal but realized the regular chicken strips we had ordered for our 2 young kids were not in any of the bags. Sent my husband back for them. He got to the window at 9:25pm-9:29pm. When my husband told the employees about the missing item (not one but 3) employees were being rude. They asked if he had the bags and how do they know he’s not trying to finesse them for some strips. If we wanted to get free food we would have asked for more than just the strips. Also, I know how drive thru works and know they are timed so I didn’t want to be that customer and sit there checking my bags to see if everything is in the bag while their timer goes up. Seeing how they forgot to put one of my items in the bag, I’m going to start checking my bags before leaving the window. Sorry not sorry for your timer. I was on the phone (on speaker) and asked my husband to ask for the employees name and she replied with “it’s in the receipt” I have worked fast food and still work customer service and know for a fact this is no way to treat a paying customer. Jack in the box needs to find better employees. The ones in that location suck and are rude. And STOP saying “anything else” after every item that is being ordered. You’re making the customer feel rushed. Jack in the box. Do better. Re train the managers so those managers can retrain employees. For $20 dollars they need to start doing their job right.

They forgot to add sweet and sour sauce order on doordash. 2:00 am it says on the receipt just shows the lack of care. Was hoping to enjoy an egg roll and I call the store and the phone doesn’t even work. Order a a cheesecake didn’t even include a fork. Poor management disappointing service thanks for ruin my night not even with ordering food things go right . God bless you.

Usually go thru drive though. Sometimes waiting lags, but a lot better than it was a year ago. Last year really bad. I stopped going. Went last week and this week time was quick last week for break platter. Good but eggs are over cooked last week and this week too. I guess better than undercooked. Not a deal breaker, still good. Service is friendly. Last year very rude. My faves are breakfast platters, crisp tacos, spring rolls. Jalapeño poppers and the rib eye when available.
