Easily the worst fast-food experience of my life. Me and my sons were the only ones sitting in the restaurant eating. There were probably 5 employees working in there that night. The food we received was AWFUL….Like it had set out for hours. The chicken nuggets I had were cold…Like colder than room temperature! How is that even possible? The spicy chicken sandwiches were not warm either…And the breading was thick and gummy (see photo). How in the world is this possible? Jack in the Box is traditionally a better-than-average chain….I will never go back to this location. I would strongly encourage y’all to just swing over to Ashlan / Folwer Ave….Because if this location can’t get 5 employees, who weren’t busy, to stop chatting and maybe say: “Hey guys…Maybe we ought to cook some fresh food for people…This stuff is cold”……If you can’t get that? Shut it down, man….Do the neighborhood a favor.

Pretty clean location, with a friendly staff. I was helped immediately, as it wasn’t very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Clean restrooms. They have the new “every drink imaginable ” fountain out front. The 2 tacos are still a great deal and most of the burgers and sandwiches are decent. Breakfast sandwiches are probably my favorite.

I had the southwest Chicken salad and it was actually very tasty. I would order it again. Back again 4 months later and during both visits I found the sitting area clean. Very convenient when having a windshield chip repaired next door at safelite!

I’ve always been a fan of Jack, and this location is one of the best I’ve visited. I also got a chocolate shake, and it was also a big win.
I still remember the 2/$1 Tacos and $1 Jumbo Jack’s, so I’ve definitely had my share over the years. I can say confidently this is one of the best locations I’ve visited.

The girl was very nice while taking my order in fact the way I was ordering my food and I was ordering for 3 people she was so helpful and brought it to my attention that she could make my order cheaper by making them into meals.

I don’t know what is going on with this place and the salads but they are usually good but for some reason lately, like today they gave me one with wilted slimey black lettuce. It’s disgusting and they tried to tell me they make them daily! There is no way this was made today and if it was whoever made it needs some job training or something because this is unacceptable. AND I usually have a salad here daily, very disappointing.
