I visited Jack in the box store #0441 on Blackstone Ave on 5/6/25 at 5:25 PM, and our server was Megan M on my receipt but a young man is the one who took my order not sure what his name was. We ordered the family special, and what we received—particularly the Jr. Jumbo burger—was completely unacceptable. The burger appeared as though someone had already taken a bite out of it. This is absolutely appalling and raises serious health and safety concerns.
I’m shocked that this was even served to a customer. It’s not only unappetizing but also a potential health violation, and I fully intend to report it. This experience was enough to ensure I won’t be visiting

I came here for a quick lunch and the soda was tasted so bitter and I told the lady “ma’am this soda is flat, may I please have something else?” She gave me an orange hi c but not before talking ish to her coworker, she thought I couldn’t hear her through the drive through window. Super rude! I’ll be avoiding this place for now on.

I ordered a crispy chicken salad and there was so much brown lettuce and the cucumbers was slimy. And I also ordered 2 tacos one was fresh and the other one looked old. So nasty. We will no longer be going to this jack in the box.

I used to be a weekly customer until every week I would get home (less than 1 mile) and the fries were always cold. I see this is a trend at this location so thought I would share they don’t use the heat lamps over the fries and last time I did mention cold fries would have even brought them in I was just ignored. My 7 year old daughter still calls this location the cold food place. I have got burger and fries from in and out (over 2 miles away) and still had hot fries without special ordering. Management needs to do better if I am going to ever risk my money with jack in box.

I ordered from the drive-thru and gave the cashier in my card. She took my card and ran it and came back with my card and a receipt but no drink. She left and came back a few minutes later to ask me to pull around to the parking lot and wait for my food there. I pointed out that there’s nobody behind me so I’m not stopping anybody else from getting their food sooner. She replied with an attitude and shut the window. So that’s when I flagged her back down and canceled my order and asked for a refund. Don’t expect me to trust you to prepare my lunch while giving me a bunch of noticeable attitude.

Waited in line for like 20 min just to get my food which I placed an online order. I’m half way home when I realized they forgot my medium curly fry and mini churros. Also my food was cold. I came back waited another 20 minutes and I asked if they could remake my fan fav box which the mozzarella sticks were cold along with the fries but wanted them to remake those at least. I told the lady she said okay. She gave me a box and my missing items. By the time I got down the street I opened the box. They literally “reheated” the box that I gave them. They put all the items back in the fryer and gave it to me. So the mini tacos were burnt, curly fries were all right, but the mozzarella sticks did not have any cheese in them like at all. So disappointed. I called at least 5 times that night and no answer. I did not want to go around a 3rd time absolutely ridiculous. The workers should be ashamed speaking from someone who used to work in fast food. I had a feeling that they were going to do something like this when I heard girls laughing in the back but of course gave them the benefit of doubt.

Today I came to jack in the box to get my daily caramel sweet cream iced coffee. At 1:20pm the lady worker “Liz” was awesome and very welcoming. She got my coffee just the way I love it with extra caramel. Because other days when I ask for it extra sweet I get denied by a different worker. I just wanna say her atmosphere was amazing it’s the kind you want to see when you pull in through the drive through. hope to see Liz around more. Thank you.
