This place is pretty bad. They don’t care or even start the order. Had to come in for service. Never again. 3 people walked out. If we didn’t do online we would have left also. This is the only one around to sad.

I’m not sure where to start. Upon entry my feet stuck to the floor. The entire restaurant is filthy. Every single table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The windows and checkout area was dirty. I should have turned around at that point, I know. But we decided to order anyway .
The register lady was nice when I asked someone to clean a table for us. We finally received our food after about 20 minutes. I ordered the chicken strips meal. My first bite was like rubber. I attempted to take another bite, but I couldn’t even bite thru it. It was like rubber. Super weird. Grossed me out. I asked if I could please exchange the chicken for a burger. The burger she gave me was warm. My husband’s fries were stale and cold. The tacos were burnt. Total waste of money. I should have trusted my instincts when I first walked in. This place needs some real help. I will neva eva eva, eva eva, eat here again .

Terrible one of the worst ever if i could leave 0 stars i would. Customer service is terrible cant even get no utensils or sauce. On top of that the restroom is sooo filthy and disgusting. Pee all over the toilet seat its as if they dont care to maintenance this place. Homeless people in and out. Food took so long to receive it was 15 mins you would think it would almost be hot and fresh at this point. Curly fries taste like the oil hasnt been clean out at all. The service is terrible not attentive at all. No smiles and no good hospitality. The workers look like they off on something if you know you know. No sense of cleanliness as well.

The place is conveniently located off the freeway. The restroom is dirty and needs attention. The tables could be clean when it’s slow. The staff is friendly and they were having a good time. The parking lot is dirty and there’s homeless people around.

First I used bathroom, it was GROSS! BUT HAD TO. the sewer was coming up thru the drain in the floor. So it was wet & stinky .. also several tables had food stacked on them for the whole 40 minutes I was there. Tacky.
There were people begging right outside the door. I mean you had to step over them to get inside. I will help the homeless but not in this situation. He was chased off by a cop. Staff was polite. Food was good and fast. I got a breakfast meal.

Usually one of the better Jack in the box, but the last couple of times I’ve gone it seems to be on a downward spiral. Food has been okay just small things like wilted lettuce and cold curly fries. But today I got the buttery Jack combo and the bun was burnt bottom and top…. Now I know the person wrapping the burger has to see it burnt, so why must I get served something of poor quality. Unfortunately it was in the drive thru and by the time I saw it, it was to late to go back. Unfortunately this restaurant is now a hit or miss when is used to consistent.

It’s a jack in the box, so food is good. My review is more to reflect the atmosphere/environment. There is a large group of vagrants/homeless and they harass people. One of them tried to steal my bike in front of me and broke my brake handle. I would recommend you just go through the drive through with your doors locked

SMH!!! Worst service ever!! Lady is rude who is taking orders and don’t put no napkins or katchup!! And when I asked to double check she said we’ll look !! I dont appreciate the attitude not the disrespectful. Then told me I had to go to the drive thru just for katchup and napkins they forgot even after asking !! Order a large fry and it was as small as the small curly fries I ordered !! People are lazy and rude !! Taco was not even cooked through
