Great service. For some reason i don’t know what it is it but I’ve been visiting jack in the box for like a little over 5 years and they have really stepped up their game . it started with just the regular jumbo jack and it just came with regular fries & a drink then they added a big cheese burger which is sooooo goood then then came up with so many side item menus that it’s just insane i wish i could spend like over $ 100 on this place but as of now i can only spend like $10 – $15 which is pretty sad but i know that will change !

We enjoy breakfast out. We are not early risers and we do like to grab breakfast after morning doctor appointments. A lot of fast food places stop serving breakfast around 10 am so we have to go to Denny’s or go home and cook. We just discovered that Jack in the Box will serve breakfast and we will keep going back.

I came to pickup my online order around 11:30 pm 5/23/23 It was a very speedy exchange I was in and out fairly fast, however when I arrived home 5 minutes or so later. I came to find 12 very mushy tacos that were about as mushy as oatmeal And a burger that had zero bacon. I am very displeased with this visit as I was looking to satisfy the hunger of my Family and myself.

On July 1st. Iv already filed a complaint and have herd nothing!! ordered online for pick up. Went threw the drive threw to get it. The “manager” Josiah hands me my food after a 20 minute wait and the bags rip and fall on the ground. He proceeded to tell me it wasnt his fault I should have grabbed the bags differently and shuts the window. I didnt recive all my food and I had to get out of my car to pick the food up from the ground that I did receive. Iv requested a refund threw corporate but havent herd anything. I will never eat at this location again. I feel like I need to report this to the health department or the BBB. I just want my refund. I dont care if those are the typ of employees your business chooses to hire its your choice. I also choose ot to use your establishment. This is not the first complaint iv seen mentione Josiah as the issue.

I would give zero if I could!! Order a 3 pc chicken tenders meal, got home took one bite tenders were burnt , nasty, and not edible to eat. I drove back to restaurant, spoke with manager Josiah spelling maybe wrong, but anyway stated to him my complaint, didn’t ask for a refund only asked could I replace meal for a double cheeseburger, remind you I brought food back with me exception of drink which I didn’t expect for another, he the manager stated he could only give me the burger since I had eaten out the fries , now you have inconvenience me to were I had to drive back there because of you guys fault of tenders burnt, no apologies no nothing! And the least you could have done was replace the fries along with the burger, I ended up getting a refund which wasn’t what I wanted but I won’t ever patronize with Jack in the box!!!! Customer service plays a big role on businesses and to have a manager leading a team such as Josiah is a disgrace

First and last time coming to this spot. Took 25 mins to receive my order while seeing cars come and go through the drive through. Got home just to find out they forgot to give me my rice bowl. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone I know.

I like Jack in the box for the food. This Jack in the Box seems to be a hit and a miss with their food and not to forget to mention their bathrooms which had no soap whatsoever.I go to cashier to let them no that they don’t have soap or even a empty soap dispenser on the walls or anywhere to be seen in there bathrooms. She proceeded to tell her manager and her manager turns proceeded to tell somebody else something in Spanish and then started to laugh .So I sat there for an hour and they still did not put no soap in the bathrooms while employees went in and out. Very disgusting and unhealthy won’t be back.
