This place is going down hill, the manager Manuel is disrespectful guy, my order was totally wrong, he told us he did not care and would not exchange or correct it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, so so sad, he refused to give his superiors name. I’m done with jack in the box, people trust me, Carl’s jr. Taco bell or even the street tacos are better than this location on 47th street east. So mad how we were disrespect by this place

It’s mostly decent now. Just don’t go expecting too much if you wind up in line while it’s busy.
Burnt jumbo Jack patty, soggy tacos. The fish sandwich was nice, but that’s about it. Seems like the weekday dinner cook didn’t know what they’re doing. I’ll be avoiding this place for awhile. Update 2018-Mar, they have improved… slightly. Update July 2019 – the only thing they consistently get right is the onion rings. Sometimes the supreme croissant is pretty good too. But, this place is really not consistent in quality.

They will charge you for what you want but give you something else. I called in i here she asked about my order to the staff. They replied it doesn’t come with cheese .I ordered sourdough jack. It does. My ultimate cheeseburger. Was a hole different hamburger. They need to higher new staff . I went in at 1:22pm Saturday 7/19/25.

Burly got out the hospital and wanted to save money so i asked for a price comparison and Gissele was to lazy to do her job and just because she couldn’t give me prices she gave me a bad attitude and messed up my order and gave me regular fries. I was so irritated that i didn’t even want to go back and complain because im sure she needs her job and i need my gas but if theres a first time theres always a second and i would hate for someone else to have to go through this. If you cant give a price of a jumbo jack combo and on top give bad attitude then why even work there.

Every time I go to Jack the staff is friendly and my food is always ready by the time I get there when I order it on the app. Their app offers a lot of great deals. Unlike the Mc Donald’s down the street that is always a head ache to go there. Definitely recommend this place for friendly service,fast and delicious food.

After going thru drive thru at 11pm night before ordering my sourdough jack combo 2 tacos and then my son’s order of ultimate cheeseburger plane making sure stated no mayo just wanted substitute secrete sauce. They still managed to put mayo on burger that son’s allergic to. I called they told me bring back and replace it i went there today after work at just bit after 8pm and got order brought home again it is wrong called them again say replace it wasting my time and gas and patient driving back and forth to get replaced. Customer service is useless not even offering to replace my first order for inconvenience that they screwed up seems to be a normal at this store.

This Jack in the Box is very nice. The food is pretty fresh and very warm. The employees were very pleasant, and overall, I would recommend this one to visit. Good customer service always goes a long way.
