Ordered for a family of four — was told no sauces would be given! I asked with all this food I still have to pay for even just one? — yes she said and told me to park in front and then FORGETS ALL THE SAUCES I PAID FOR ANYWAY and guess what? receipt had no evidence of sauces paid for BUT I handed her my card twice! The worst Jack in the box, employees are rude made me go pick up my food on the side came out with no sauce, napkins when I asked politely she said yes rolled her eyes went inside came out with one ranch no sauce gave me attitude than asked me to pay for another ranch. I’ve never been charged for 1 extra ranch at any other ranch. The drive thru is for a reason I had to get out to get out of my car to go get sauce and napkins while my toddler is in the car. And the three women working that day were terrible as if they were busy there was no cars and no one inside.

Entered to order, told to wait, they didnt say why but a women was counting the drawer right there on the floor, which at any store, restaurant I worked at was against protocol. No one in front or behind us. It was after lunch hour! Placed my order and they were going to charge me for a soy sauce packet I asked for. I go get my drink, no tops for the size I ordered but saw some on the floor, there were condiment packets on the floor right above the trash can, food and napkins under the table, the bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewage! I won’t be going back to the Palmdale Blvd, in CA. location around Division again that’s for sure!! I was afraid to even eat the food!!

I ordered something this morning and explained exactly how I wanted it 3 times and still they didn’t get my order correctly. Called and ask if I can speak with the manager which name was Maribel she said bring my order back with receipt, I never got a receipt and was already far. When I pulled up to windows employees laughing and playing around very unprofessional and still had me wait in parking lot for my simple order. What a shame, especially being a manager and still receiving bad service from her.

Absolute horrible service , we ordered an online order , first it was saying it was delivered then changed to being 8 minutes away where they sent it to the wrong address which was an empty area , no house or anything just field , they then say there isn’t anything they can do because this is the address that was put down and the driver will send a picture , the driver then sends a picture of a totally different address they previously said they delivered to and then we say well that isn’t even the adress that they just said they sent it to it’s still at a totally different place and the person on the phone switches up and says they never sent it to the first adress and as stated before by us , that it isn’t even an adress and they delivered it to the new adress the carrier sent a picture of , basically saying they never even said they sent it there and when asked to speak to a manager they hung up . HORRIBLE SERVICE it was a male with a nonchalant tone and almost a Spanish accent ,

I went there with my husband after putting our clothes in the washer, we were really hungry, and everything that we got was hot, delicious, and very satisfying. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. This is the reason why I give it five (5) stars, ⭐ and I hope it helps anyone that is looking for a quick bite.

I am always impressed with the food, service and the atmosphere every time I go to this place; take out or drive-thru. Because of my dietary needs, I have my meals/orders customized one way or another. And I have not been disappointed. My meals/orders are prepared exactly to my delight.
