I never really like to go to this location because they always give the food cold, old & stiff. But I went to give a try. I got a spicey chicken sandwich with curly fríes. As soon as I took a bite my stomach started hurting. I looked at my sandwich just to see that my tomatoe was green with mold on it. Disgusting for any one to think it’s okay to put a rotten tomatoe that’s bad on our food. This place needs to be checked by inspectors and remanaged. It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I ordered from the drive through yesterday morning and they gotten my order completely wrong had noo time to notice due to heading to work and noticed it was wrong on my lunch but I really figured it was correct but nope and I spent a good 49 dollars to be exact as well just to get stuff I don’t like or did not order i agree that this jack in the box location should be SHUT DOWN !!!! By far the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to other locations and they are alright but this one I will NEVER set foot in agian for any reason.
I stopped here on company time for what I thought would be a “quick” bite but boy was i wrong.
Let’s start with the cleanliness, TERRIBLE. The dirtiest location I’ve been to so far my partner and I chose the least dirtiest table and still had to wipe it down ourselves.
Service, also terrible and very rude. The lady at the counter barely understood a word of English and was very VERY rude to me but acted like the miscommunications we had were my fault. Her attitude from the beginning was garbage.
Finally after ordering and getting it right we sat for close to 10 mins waiting and when we got our food (4 tacos for my partner and 2 tacos and a chicken club for me) the food was cold. But we were starving so we ate. The tacos were good but on my chicken club I was given Basically a 1/2 of the chicken that normally comes on it. I will try to add a pic it’s actually pretty funny. As you can see it only takes up 1/2 the bun
So again over all bad experience I won’t be back and I think corporate office should look into that location oh and did I me tion that this was at 3 PM so they were not busy.

This place is complete trash… the customer service is crap… no can speak English… they are outta half the stuff on the menu… there are 3 more just as bad in a 5 mile ratios… wish it would shut down and put something good there… I goto other jack in the boxes in other parts of Cali and they are not bad buy all 4 here in paso suck… this one the most…

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. We ordered the jack wrap and we received it completely cold and not even wrapped. The tacos were half passed when it came to being prepared. The cheese not even being melted and sticking out. We ordered onion rings at the speaker and they completely glossed over it and when I asked at the window if it was in the order and to add it if it wasn’t, I was met with an eye roll and the window being slammed in our face. The onion rings themselves were made poorly. Cold and overly crunchy. Was a huge waste if money overall. The girl at the window kept rolling her eyes at us as well as if she mattered when she works at a jack in the box that is clearly ran by nepotism as well

Took a long time to get two sandwiches, including the two people ahead of me. Music was too loud, could hardly hear our number when called. Tables needed to be cleaned. Bathroom floors & sink were filthy. Workers preoccupied with decorating & socializing rather than customer service. Need better management at this place. Also asked for sausage croissant, but seemed like a different type of bread. The coke zero didn’t taste like it, seemed water down.

My food sat ready to be bagged but No they kept serving drive up instead and when I walked in to order there was only 1 car in the drive through . A guy finally walked up to the counter and took my order so I waited for my order and waited and waited . I waited between 5 to 7 minutes and I see my food just sitting there so I said can I have my food please and they looked at me so I said yes my food it’s sitting right there and it better not be cold . Not only were the curly fries cold they were hard and my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was also gold. So I asked for fresh food and that pissed them off so I said I’ll take my money back and the guy said ahhh I said yes my money here’s my receipt so he took the receipt and I said I paid with my Bank Debit Card so he rang up $1.15 to Charge Me for using my bank card which I already paid the first time . I said No I want the whole $14.92 back he just looked at me so I said are we going to have a problem so he gave it all back . I told him to call out the Manager she came out he started to ask what he should do and she said nothing and kept walking back to the office. That’s how my service was and the atmosphere and the food was.

Not to be rude but they barely speak english so I have to wait for someone to translate before I can order. They have 4 or 5 people in that kitchen and they stand there and tell you hold on and never coming back. I’ve had so many problems with them. I would recommend going to this one all they’re gonna do is mess up your order and leave you hanging at the counter before someone helps you. Don’t do it.

I’ve came here plenty times and those times the same guy ( cook) stares into the window at me for awhile. When I stare back he doesn’t care and calls the other cooks to come see it’s made me feel uncomfortable not coming back.
Plus I got food poisoning from here !!!! This is unacceptable
