I just went through the drive through on my lunch and the young girl taking my order really needs training on customer service. In the middle of ordering she rudely says,” is that all?” I proceeded to order and she asks,” what kinda fries you want?” I asked for 2 tacos with no sauce and I get 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese. She gave me a bag of grease and it was a sandwich. This is actually a really nice area of town and would have never expected to be served with such an attitude. Not to mention my tacos were soaked in grease. I would never come back if this is how employees treat their customers. And what puzzled me was the manager , not the girl who took my order, handed me my bag. As a manager, my expectations when serving customers would the pristine and not of this quality, regardless if this is just jack in the box. I’m sure they can check to see who was actually working this day and offer them proper training. So sad.

Worst service here ever. What kind of staff are they hiring here at this location at this time? I’m reviewing this with my experience on 05/18/23 midnight when I went to buy or even just pick up an order via door dash or uber and they take forever and didn’t even answer their speaker. I live around the corner from this location and I often order the 7-piece stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos today Wednesday 06/01/2022 between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m. The pieces looked like leftovers with some pieces being a burnt shell of a jalapeno with no cheese, other ones just some burnt cheese and one piece just crusty batter. When I got home and looked at those, I looked for my receipt to get the exact time to send them a complaint, but I noticed that I did not even get a receipt back with my credit card and it was not in the bag. In addition to the bad experience of getting food that I could not eat, I first ordered a shake and was informed that they were not serving shakes. There should be a sign out on the drive-thru saying that they do not have those items.

A place I often order from, it’s good as far as Jack goes, and it’s usually quick. The service is always kind but you can very obviously tell the stress they’re put under. It’s location isn’t best suited for in store orders sadly, a shame as it seems very nice inside.
