Your algorithm will not permit me to submit this post stating this is not a valid answer. However, I stop here nearly every day as my 6 mile daily hike takes me past. I order a medium water every day, and pay $3.78 for it. Yesterday (01/05/2026) a construction worker came in and asked for water and it was provided to him for free. I am just inquiring as to the difference his order and mine. I do not mind paying for what I receive, but at nearly $4.00 a day, your water is expensive for a 70 year old disabled veteran.

I just went through the drive through on my lunch and the young girl taking my order really needs training on customer service. In the middle of ordering she rudely says,” is that all?” I proceeded to order and she asks,” what kinda fries you want?” I asked for 2 tacos with no sauce and I get 2 tacos with no sauce and no cheese. She gave me a bag of grease and it was a sandwich. This is actually a really nice area of town and would have never expected to be served with such an attitude. Not to mention my tacos were soaked in grease. I would never come back if this is how employees treat their customers. And what puzzled me was the manager , not the girl who took my order, handed me my bag. As a manager, my expectations when serving customers would the pristine and not of this quality, regardless if this is just jack in the box. I’m sure they can check to see who was actually working this day and offer them proper training. So sad.

I’m like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo and they Jumbo Egg Rolls are by far the best I’ve tried in Bakersfield so far since I’ve been here for about several month, and the customer service(Jiorge) is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I’m a BIG fan of bacon and sauce flavor, and the Burger tasted just like eating it homemade or at a backyard bbq hangout as it should taste and unique sauce flavor that I really enjoyed with the fresh drop curly fries, and the beverage was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions , so what I tried so far was a perfect massive portions for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food indoors or your in a rush on the Go, then park and come inside or walk here or drive and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you’re hungry or family dine in or if you’re in a hurry. Wonderful experience here and I’ll be for be sure coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. Keep up the good work, everyone, and the cooks in the back, everyone deserves a raise and a couple of business shirt uniforms and hats and name tag badges. God Bless

Went through the drive thru at around 10:30-10:45pm on Friday, September 19th, 2025 and the person working the window and headset had too much attitude. We were never greeted and just asked what do we want to order. When ordering after every thing we asked for without even a second passing she would say “is that all?” like if we were bothering her. Once we got to the window it was open and we heard her say “you guys are lucky i love you” to her coworkers twice and then proceed to take an order with attitude again. This is the third time we’ve been to this jack within a couple of months and it has been the same girl giving us attitude all three times. Based on the reviews that have been left in the past it’s obvious nothing has been fixed and that is very disappointing. As someone who used to work late night drive thru at a fast food place this is something that should NEVER happen.

I live around the corner from this location and I often order the 7-piece stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos today Wednesday 06/01/2022 between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m. The pieces looked like leftovers with some pieces being a burnt shell of a jalapeno with no cheese, other ones just some burnt cheese and one piece just crusty batter. When I got home and looked at those, I looked for my receipt to get the exact time to send them a complaint, but I noticed that I did not even get a receipt back with my credit card and it was not in the bag. In addition to the bad experience of getting food that I could not eat, I first ordered a shake and was informed that they were not serving shakes. There should be a sign out on the drive-thru saying that they do not have those items.
On another occasion, I was informed at the drive-thru that they were only accepting cash. I had cars behind me and had to sit and wait in the car until the three cars in front of me were served. Same thing happened to the car behind me. Not everyone carries cash nowadays.
Back to the jalapeños, really bad experience, as I am sure they looked had the jalapeños when they packed them and decided to serve them out anyway! My order consisted of 7-piece jalapeños, large iced coffee and two cheese cakes.

Neat and clean store although I order only in Drive-thru. Never have to wait too long. If you are looking to grab a quick meal, this is the store! Food prices are at par with other stores, paying $11-$15 for a meal is the norm now and these guys are no different. Most of the times the food is Hot and Fresh. I like this place and would recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I came here after a long night to get food and as soon as we pulled up to the window the lady never greeted us and just asked what do we want. As we pulled up to the window she didn’t greet us right away and had us waiting there for 10 minutes to even hand us any food. She never asked if that was our order just kept handing us food that wasn’t even ours. Then leaves us again for 10 minutes without saying anything. She asks us what else do we need and I’m not even sure because she just kept handing us random stuff. When we get home we noticed she got our order wrong and even gave us food that wasn’t even ours. As a fast food worker myself this was by far a terrible customer service experience for the night shift that I can’t even express through this review.
