Regular fries were delicious, somewhat crispy, and seasoned well. I ordered the #11 with a coke. The chicken burger was delicious and tasted like fresh chicken. Hats off to the cook and staff. The cook was as good as you can get it at jack in the box a little watered down but still good. Overall experience was a positive one. 12.97$ total.

Thanks for the cup of ice water with my order. Earned a free sourdough jack and love their tacos. I add extra cheese and no hot sauce, and they always remember no hot sauce. I love how they get my order right.

The service and food are good. The employees are always kind and helpful. But my problem is the bathroom. It is always dirty and has no soap dispenser. I’ve been there multiple times this month and no change. I told an employee about it being dirty and not having soap available in the bathroom. She said “okay I’ll look into it, they stole our soap dispenser”. That’s it? They can at least put out one from the dollar store. Or a sign that says the bathroom is closed so people won’t go in there thinking they can wash their hands after using the facilities.

Went to the drive thru order #11 they literally forgot to add the chicken smh I got home took a quick shower and after I was ready to eat my burger when I notice it I called they told me to go back and remake my order.. I was jut not into it so I eat it like that it was just a bad experience, also all the girls where just chitchatting laughing like nothing else to do maybe that’s why they forgot the chicken on my burger.

We normally have a really good experience here the overnight staff is awesome but during the day they refused to let us get whipped cream in a cup for the dog or a pup cup even if we were going to pay saying they don’t offer it even though we know they do because we’ve gotten it At different jack-in-the-boxes including this one you have to ask for it it’s not like Starbucks but it was silly for them to just say nope

Very great place any time of day to get food. Staff is always very respectful and as well with handling the food and the way its prepared is amazing. Also the drive thru gets busy sometimes but the line goes by quick.

You know what …their service is not bad it’s just they mess up up your order a lot you have to sit at the window and check your self 100% it’s only a handful of times they got my order right and when I start trusting it again they mess up today I wanted to try tiny nacho tacos it looked sooooooo good omgggg and I was in the rush to go home to wash my uniform for work I didn’t realize how late it was I haven’t ate all day I got home to find out they messed up on the nachos it was no topping I was so disappointed I usually never complain but dang and I called a manager helped me and said bring the item back and they will remake but it’s like what’s the point I have to work so I’m asked out for today but I hope they fix this issue they the only close jack n the box to me

The cashier taking out order was friendly and patient. The food was freaking fresh and hot. The boys loved grubbing on the loaded mini tacos. I really enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was so good.
