I had an issue with my visit and the manager came out extremely defensive, closed off, and combative. She had the worst moody attitude and wouldn’t speak to me. Wouldn’t give me my receipt, wouldn’t entertain a conversation at all, slammed the window in my face. I called to get her name, to try to escalate this abusive incident further, she hung up on me and blocked my number. She is the most unprofessional worker ever. She doesn’t deserve 20+ dollars an hour! Super abusive, discriminating based on disabilities which is illegal. Avoid this place during the day. The women have no problem solving, or critical thinking skills. They want to fight and are super hurtful and abusive

My husband and I went here to get some chicken sandwiches at the drive thru. Our order was really simple (just 2 #12 combos large with curly fries and a drink). The cashier had us repeat the order multiple times not paying attention.
More importantly it’s a few hours later now and I am so sick. Definitely think I got some kind of food poisoning!!! Don’t recommend eating here.

I don’t know how this place has four stars. Not only does a brand new building have non working plugs to make sure people don’t stay to charge phones, they also massively raised prices compared to other jack in the boxes, in one of the poorest areas of our city. You outta be ashamed. 4 dollars for a small drink and 16 for a combo? I’ll take the bus to chic file. Wild!

Employees have the worst customer service and attitude then any other location i’ve been too every single time I go and it sucks because its the closest one to my house I hate dealing with bad attitudes from the employees especially when i’m nice and polite to them specifically the night shift workers including the blonde older shift leader lady who’s always on duty

I recently visited Jack in the Box, and I was absolutely impressed! First of all, the food is amazing – every dish looks beautiful, is freshly prepared, and made with care. The flavors are incredible, and every bite is delicious!
The staff deserves special recognition. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They take orders quickly, always ready to help, and serve with a genuine smile. The manager does a fantastic job leading the team and ensuring top-notch service.
And of course, the location is great! It’s easy to find, convenient to get to, and the inside is cozy and pleasant. I’m so glad I got to visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I understand it was a busy Friday night at 12:30am but just received horrible service at this location. First of all they took forever to greet me and take my order. The girl taking my order just was not paying attention and had to repeat over and over even though I was speaking clearly. I said can I get a Large jumbo jack combo with a large Coke on the side. She didn’t verify the order or anything. When I get to the window I found out she had charged me for a medium not large. The second drink I ordered had no ice in it when I clearly said I wanted ice in that one. I just took the order and left I was too tired to argue but was very disappointed don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
