So it’s Friday night and I’m starving so I head over to Jack in the Box. I get there and even with no one in the drive thru it took 3 minutes to take my order. I only had $10.00 dollars so I ordered the Jr. Jumbo and Value fries. I get home, anxious to eat, open my burger and literally wanna cry. God’s honest truth I wouldn’t of even fed that to my dogs. They should be ashamed of them selves!!! A child would throw it back.. I’m posting photos with this review so everyone can see I’m so serious! It was HORRIBLE!!!

Felt some resistance about halfway through my drink to find a used plastic bag in it. DISGUSTING. I’m concerned about what was in the bag and that ended up in my drink. HUGE contamination risk!

The few times I have been here for dining floors and tables are always dirty. Chairs are always all around unorganized. Utensil area is always dirty and wet from soda. Lots of homless in the area and coming in to steal soda with their dirty cups. I wouldt recommend this place to dine in.

My momma was tryna get one of those meal boxes and they didn’t even give her anything in the box but fries and a regular taco. Not to mention the drive thru attendant was being completely rude to my family as they were trying to count the money to give it to them.

Hate to say it but man this place is really dirty. Trash everywhere you look. Food and spills on the tables. I didn’t even want to eat here because everything was sticky. but my family was hungry so we stopped for a quick meal. Food was good though.

Ever since they started paying these employees more.. they do such a terrible job. They dont even have to take orders inside anymore. They will make you order on a tablet and they get an attitude when you need help with they slow inconvenient computer. Drive thru also.. even worse .. they will not make your order correctly or they will completely not add something.. you could be yelling it .. speaking clearly something every time is wrong or not there.
I wont come back here anymore. Waste of money and inconvenience due to employees lack of care to listen and do the job properly but go ahead and keeping raising the prices and paying them more

this is the third time they did this to my order i cant even eat my burger. it looked like they dipped the whole thing in mayo last time the burger was soaked in butter. do not go there when the two tall guys are working between midnight until 6am. i order politely everytime i go there dont go there at those times

Store is super slow, idk if they need to hire more people for night shift. But it took them 15 min just to take an order through drive thru for each car. I literally waited in drive thru for an hour which the door dash customer ended up canceling so I lost out on getting paid!!

One thing about this location is they will ALWAYS make u park to wait for ur food through the drive-thru! Even when they aren’t busy. Idk why they are so slow. They need new management or train better. Whats the point of the drive thru if its not fast. Still I come here cause its the closes jack

My husband and myself have Jack in the Box at least once a week, but we usually go to a different one, the one on Oswell, and it’s always so perfect and fresh! But this one here on Mt Vernon was so bad…the wait was long, food was cold, and had no flavor and the tacos were SUPER greasy, I didn’t even finish my meal it was so bad It’s been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jack in the Box They did offer two free cheesecakes for the wait which is very kind of them, but I’d rather have hot fresh food with flavor…it’s like they didn’t season the patties at all and everything was just COLD! I’m disappointed because I absolutely love Jack in the Box
