The lead Tony didn’t have to remake my food and some could’ve said I was being difficult but he talked respectfully and took it upon himself to fix my order that I did put wrong and gave me it the way I wanted. Could’ve left with a loss and a dislike because of one place but instead got impressed by the actions of the lead Tony.

We’re seniors and to use. The kiosk is very hard for us. So when we walked in, she told us the log. Our food in on that kiosk and we had to do it. So we got our order mixed up. And I just don’t care for it if this is the way we’re going. I won’t be ordering food from Jack in the box or any other fast food place again.

It was a nice experience. A newly remodeled clean store. I only stopped by for an iced coffee. I’m still learning to use the self-order kiosk. It’s the way of the future. It’s a little tricky getting in the driveway off of a busy Ming Ave but I made it safely.

Went through the drive thru with my son. Jaime was absolutely awesome from taking our order to making our milkshake that looked as though it was taken from the cover of a magazine. Definitely need more workers like him.

Just left this location. Asked for a $12 dollar munchies meal with a cheeseburger. When I pulled up Cashier or supervisor asked me to pull back and pull forward to stop the timer. I did so to maybe not get anyone in trouble. When I received my order it was not in the traditional munchie meal box and I noticed there were no tacos. When I asked her where are the tacos she asked if I was drinking? I let her know that I have not…she angrily gave me 2 tacos. I guess she was upset because my order was not right. Should have went to Carl’s down the street…

Their drive through is under construction. The lobby is open and active and the food and just the dine in experience is great. Not sure how recently they updated the entire lobby but it’s warm and inviting and our food was exactly how we ordered it. Delicious…

Went through drive thru on Christmas night. The lovely female who took my order should get another job if she doesn’t like hers (: Don’t have a nasty attitude, interrupt someone when they’re speaking, and rush someone while they’re trying to order food. sorry you’re working on a holiday. But don’t take out your own frustration on customers. If you want to be treated like a human and with respect, do so in return. Otherwise it won’t be such a good outcome with the next person.
