Don’t bother ordering through the mobile app and pickup up inside because they will just ignore you. My food was ready and all they had to do was hand it over to me. But instead saw me, walked away. I told someone that I was here for a mobile order and still was not given my food until after 7 minutes.
I got my order and my jibbi was not included in my order. So had to wait even more time to ask to get the item that was supposed to be in my order.
It would have been awful to drive home and see that my order was not complete.
Always open your mobile orders to verify.

No one can convince me a screen for ordering food is better than a real person. Yesterday, we saw 2 women at different times come in and change clothes in the corner dinning area. One of the women went all the way down to her bra. There were children in there and the staff didn’t say a word. One lady placed all her clothes on the counter, so staff should have known. I can say the employees were working hard-so thank you to them!

Wow I haven’t been to a Jack in the box in an eternity, I must say, I was very impressed. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The fries were great, the drinks were fresh, a great staff. Thank you, Jack in the box. I’m going to be a returning customer from now on!

I’m actually really pissed off.
Just got off my 10 hour shift and I was looking forward to my Ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal . I also ordered a jacks spicy chicken munchie meal .
We got home and come to find we got The Cluck munchie meal and idk WHAT burger they gave me. But it wasn’t ultimate cheese burger.
My drive through order number is #1244.

Was given another customers order, I had to get off and they shorted me a breakfast sandwich as well. Not sure what’s going on at this location but it was hard understanding the ladies working.

If I could take points away I would. The service was horrible… they didn’t care about a single customer except drive thru…we waited about 20 minutes for them to take our order and waited about 30 more minutes to get it. We were definitely not the only ones either and multiple people walked out in frustration. Don’t ever go here the staff is untrained and horrible at their jobs!!!!

Worst jack in the box ever!! The service is horrible The lady was arguing with another worker and they mixed up everyone’s order and I asked for no mustard on my ultimate buger and they added extra mustard!!! Highly disappointed.

This has to be one of the worst jacks in bakersfiled! The homeless issue… they dont even try! I ordered a meal today and idk what they are using but the meat or maybe lack thereof is so awful!!! Bun was hard. You can’t taste the differences in the meat that they serving now.. these restaurants are raising prices and lowering quality. Im done with jack.. I don’t know what they are serving

Friendly helpful staff here. Food was good and also freshly made. The dining room was clean and well maintained. If you want to use the restroom the staff will have to assist you to get inside. The homeless element in the area is really the only thing negative about this particular Jack in the box that I can think of, but that isn’t their fault.
