Probably the best Jack In The Box experience I’ve had in years. Staff was very friendly and my order was correct when it came out. The food looked amazing (even for fast food). When I’m in Tulare again I’ll definitely need to hit this place up again.

This store specifically gets 5 stars because of their amazing staff and fast service. Always have a good experience when I go, which is a lot. I go at least 3 plus times a week sometimes and everytime I’m meet with friendly service. For people who probably deal with a lot of nasty and rude customers, they sure don’t act like it. I love this jack in the box in particular

The place is trashed, it’s honestly sad I use to enjoy coming her often but with this new management it shows how less people care. The manager is sitting on her phone talking to the staff most of the time and they are missing items on the menu most of the time. I wouldn’t recommend it and I hope they hire new staff that cares soon

I went to the drive through to order a strawberry milk shake and clearly the menu said the cost of the milk shake was 4.99. Jack in Box decided to charge their own price to 5.19 at the window. Plus tax. So, it came out to 5.63. I asked the lady at the window why did they charge 5.19 when the menu says 4.99. She just looked at me and ignored me. Clearly wrong
