I’ve never had a bad experience with jack in the box until today I ordered a bacon ultimate and what I got is, whatever this is, it genuinely does not look appetizing whatsoever the cheese looks old the entire thing seems like its been just sitting for hours to get used on an order. I also have attached my actual order from jack today. Im hoping this is just a one off deal but this is ridiculous

My food has always been very timely and the place is usually very clean. The lady that was working up front Tuesday, January 27th around 6:30pm really hauled ass.

930 pm shift on Saturday February 7 the girl was very rude threw the bags and close the window we were missing our drinks so we had to get her attention and asked for the stuff needed and she rolled her eyes and had a very ugly attitude… there was no fork or sauces for our food very dissatisfied with the service

This is the second time me and my husband order something from this restaurant specifically and we get stuff like this we paid almost 10 bucks for a big box and this is all we get in it! The last time we ordered our burgers were squished and we didn’t even get the fries we ordered! On top of that we asked the lady in the front if that was our order that was sitting there and she said no so we waited another 20mins and then went up again this time we talked to I’m guessing the manager and she said yes and handed us the order that was sitting there for 20 mins the same exact order we asked the lady about before!

Wow ! First time visitor at this 24hr location. From start to finish a late night food order to remember. Impressed by the young man greeting and taking my order. Friendly , polite and respectful. Food was ready in a timely manner, however due to some unfortunate mix up I had to wait for my order to be re – made. Not because I complained but Manager on duty exercised skillful leadership and excellent customer service. I was happy to wait. I used the time to enjoy the very nice looking building. Have to go and check out the inside next time.

The employees here behave very badly and talk to the customers in a very rude manner and do not pay attention to their work and on top of that they keep saying can you cancel the order? And at night time an old lady works here. She behaves very badly with every customer.

Manager on duty at about 7-8am on 7/21 didn’t care to acknowledge customers and has also been rude with employees. I’ve seen her treat employees poorly around plenty of customers due to employee handing out an order to customer that was parked. Pretty sure it was bag that she handed customer. Overall, this manager has poor customer service and really bad ethic to even be considered a manager at this location. This is an older woman just putting this out there because I came across 2 woman this day.

The food is always great, and I appreciate the service. However, I’ve noticed that each time I use the drive-thru, I’m asked to pull forward and wait for my meal, even when there are no cars behind me. This usually results in a wait of about 10 minutes. I understand delays can happen, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it can be improved. Thank you.

Took 8 minutes for my order. Nobody in the lobby or drive thru. I was the only customer!!! Ordered 1 order of Tacos. They gave me 1 Taco that was sitting in the warmer area and made 1 fresh. My bag with the “lukewarm” Taco was sitting on the counter while I waited for the rest of my order. Never again.
