I tried ordering their advertised munch better deals and the employee told me I could not order it because they were not offering that meal at that location but that corporate makes them post that marketing anyways. False advertising at its finest!! No cool at all!!

This place is busy! Drive-in accessible or walk -in. Takes EBT now. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of menu even though she was very busy. Food was decent. Offered a wide variety of foods. Restroom for public available with request. Good location but not many tables for eating. No outdoor seating.

Afternoon cashier “to busy to take orders” so i consider using the kiosks machine. Plan was go eat there but it quickly became an unpleasant experience. The supervisor/manager I believe was taking a break and talking about a fight/violence out loud. Decided when my order was ready to get it to go. The cashier felt the need to feel disrespected after i asked it to go and after i helped MY SELF at the front by saving her time. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR

First I ordered six Nashville mozzarella sticks and I received the classic mozzarella sticks. I had to drive back to jack in the box. I tried to go inside and they closed before closing hour. I went around 9:40, and the lobby hours said it closes at 10:00 P.M. I had to go back to the drive thru and instead of them giving me new mozzarella sticks they just added the sauce so sloppy and it looked disgusting. Plus the mozzarella sticks were cold when i first received and after. Worst location ever.

I gave a 1 star for service. Because I ordered a “Jack’s meal deal for four” and a kids meal for my family. The kids meal came with the wrong fries I had to go in for them to fix it then when I got home that’s when I found out that the 2 jumbo jacks that came with the meal had no bacon and I ordered bacon.

this location is so bad with customer service, like I’m barely ordering and they cut u off to ask “that’s it?!” like ma’am I’m still ordering, and at night they always say they are only taking cash and when I say yeah that’s fine, they say they don’t have what I’m asking for. Every time it’s something different they don’t have. I would understand if I am a terrible customer that yells or is rude but I am not I know how hard it must be to work at a fast food company but please don’t be rude to all of us.
