There’s one girl that works through drive-thru trying to take your order and she can’t hear you. you have to repeat the order at least 4 to 6 times this is unacceptable. I will go to McDonald’s before I come back here.

I love this Jack-in the box! Me and my family specifically go to this one even though there is one closer. Great customer service from all especially Carlos! Occasionally there was a problem ordering through the app but they made it right. Haven’t had any problems after the app update. The app is convenient to order ahead to save time and digital deals saves me money. I honestly don’t understand why all the bad reviews.

Come here during lunch time and use there drive-thru. They do an okay job at getting your order correct. The same goes for the wait on your food. The food is alright if looking for a quick bite to eat. Over all good location and setup for an easy in and out during lunch.

It’s 9:44 pm wed Jan 19 I just got my order from jack in the box and I ordered the chicken cluck sandwich and the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way fries tasted old so I suggested if u want a good chicken sandwich don’t go to jack go to Popeyes or even rasin canes

you have to get rid of the kiosk the workers barely bother to help you. they expect you to do everything and when you need to pay cash noone come up to assist. and only drive thru is priority here.

Had to leave a review. Carlos took my drive thru order. He has a great personality, very courteous and radiates such positive vibes. In a time where you’re spending $15-20 for a fast food meal. The last thing you want is mediocre service. This guy is a 10.

Gotta give it up to the drive-thru worker named Mike. Very professional!… which nowadays, it’s not very common in fast food places. He was multi-tasking and kept his cool without any attitude. Amazing job!
