I always stop here when I haven’t had lunch… the service is always pretty quick and the employees who have taken my order have always been very nice and friendly. I have never ate inside, I always go through the Drive-Thru as I never really have time to stop. I usually get a burger but today I decided to get the egg rolls which were cooked to perfection! Enjoyed my food and the friendly service I have always received. Price is always right!!

we came to have breakfast, the person was harsh sometimes we couldn’t understand what she was trying to say, not at all the way you should talk to customers. worse part was the food we told them double egg white sandwich look at the picture what they gave. It was so disappointing a. We had to go to Starbucks and get the same thing again waste of money waste of time very disappointed. only thing was that the burrito breakfast sandwich and the French sticks were good.

I finally tried this Jack-in-the-Box again, and the blonde girl with glasses at the drive-through on October 10, apparently didn’t understand when I asked for my order to be made a combo so she charged me for an additional drink on top of my combo, I wasn’t bent out of shape about it. She could’ve clarified it on the microphone, but when I told her about the issue, she had a little fit and jumped on the headset with the next person and just ignore after huffing and puffing, then a nice Latina lady. Listen to what I was saying and gave me my change back. The girl seemed all bubbly and high energy until something wasn’t right, maybe next time she shouldn’t pretend to be nice and just be grumpy the whole time then people would know what to expect.

TERRIBLE customer service. Waited for someone to take our order and apparently this location they use the kiosk ipad. I wish an employee had told us that rather than just staring at us. Went to taco bell across the street and they were way better.

Great place for a quick bite to eat, or a quick restroom break. Just a few minutes from the freeway. Plenty of seating with air-conditioned. Plenty of parking outside. The current promotion at the time of this post is the jack in the box air freshener. I recommend the midnight ice air freshener. Thank you for reading my review.
