I when around lunch hour, the line on the drive thru was long. I only had a 30min lunch. Decided to get off and order in the inside of the restaurant. My lord they took all my lunch they just decided to give the drive thru my order and made me wait for ever for my oder!!!

THE best service and the food was the utmost tastiest I’ve had at any other jitb I’ve been to! The staff was very polite and took the time to make sure my order was correct. The atmosphere was inviting, making lunch not a “typical gotta get my belly full” into the most enjoyable experience I’ll never forget! All this at a “fast food establishment”!

So this is the second time i encounter Jack in the box shutting doors during business hrs, according to staff ( i call to find out ) they’re short staff, they can’t have dine in.. I grew up eating Jack in the Box, so it’s always been nostalgic for me. Lately, I’ve been coming to the Jack in the Box in Brea, and I’ve loved everything about it. However, I recently had a bad experience over the weekend that left me really unhappy with the customer service. Normally, I don’t file complaints, but this time, I did because I care about this location.
Lydia, the manager, reached out to me personally. She called to hear my side of the story and truly listened to my concerns. When she asked what I’d like to be done, I simply asked her to speak with the employee because I just wanted things to be right. Lydia was incredibly kind, apologetic, and generous—she even offered me a free meal, even though I didn’t ask for one.
When I came in today to redeem it, she recognized me and we had a great conversation through the window. She was so sweet, and it really showed how much she cares about customers. I was ordering food for my partner, and when he changed his mind about his drink, she even offered me a free one without hesitation.
Lydia’s customer service is truly above and beyond. She represents what every company should strive for in a manager. Jack in the Box is lucky to have her, and honestly, she deserves a big raise! If every location had a Lydia, customer loyalty would be through the roof. Thank you, Lydia, for making this my favorite Jack in the Box again!

So it’s Jack’s place. I mean there is lots to like. But I was just introduced to the egg rolls! OMG! Yes, I am on the late shirt bus, thank you! They are soooo good. They are up there with a NY egg roll. That’s saying a lot. So yeah, if you haven’t tried them, do so.

So i called them on chirstmad day to see if they were open and the guy told me they were all night so i went and they said they were closing. If you’re closed thats fine with me. Go home to your family, let me starve. Its honestly okay, but don’t tell me you’re open when you’re trying to go home early especially when you work with food. Smh dude. Smh.
