Ridiculous! I’m trying to call the restaurant and the phone number just gives the busy signal over and over. Not ok guys. I need to cancel an order due to an emergency and I can’t even get a phone call through. Plus this is incredibly dangerous for your employees. What if there was an emergency and someone had to get ahold of someone at the store. This may even be a labor law or OSHA violation. I’m pretty sure a restaurant establishment has to have a working phone!

My first here was not good, because it took 20 mins of waiting for my order. No explanation and no apology on their part. And recently i went back here because its near to our place, no improvement on customer service. Staffs are not friendly. Not even a short smile and greetings.

An older location, but decently updated. They seemed understaffed. The food took longer which isn’t really a bad thing. I always disappoint myself with the spicy chicken sandwich it’s just not very good. The pandditos or whatever they are called was ok. But the bacon was cold and old. At least the place was clean, very empty, but clean.

CAPS FOR MY VISION I AM LEGALLY BLIND. I ASKED FOR A RAG TO CLEAN THE STICKEY TABLE AND THE MALE CASHIER TOLD ME “THE LADY JUST CLEANED IT.” I TOLD HIM I AM NOT A LIAR, AND THE TABLE IS STICKEY. I THEN ASKED IF IT WAS THAT HARD TO LOAN ME A RAG BECAUSE 3 EMPLOYEES PROCEED TO LOOK AT EACH OTHER AND THEN TO GIVE ME BAD LOOKS. AFTER GETTING PERMISSION FROM CASHIER, THE SAME LADY WENT TO WIPE THE TABLE WHERE MY COFFEE AND CREAMERS WERE SITTING. SHE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO SPRAY CHEMICALS DIRECTLY ONTO MY DRINK AND THE CREAMERS UNTIL I TOLD HER TO STOP. WHEN I ASKED HER NOT TO SPRAY CHEMICALS ON MY DRINK, SHE GOT UPSET AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CLEAN THE TABLE. SHE THEN STARTED SWEEPING DUST AND DIRT EVERYWHERE AND AS PICS SHOW, SHE SWEPT THE FLOOR LEAVING GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. OBVIOUSLY, SHE CLEANS THE TABLES THE SAME WAY. IT WAS JUST A TERRIBLE REMINDER WHY I STOPPED COMING TO THIS LOCATION CLOSEST TO MY HOME AFTER THE FRIENDLIEST HAPPY WORKERS LEFT. THESE NEW EMPLOYEES GOSSIP LOUDLY AND GIVE TERRIBLE LOOKS WHEN ASKING FOR CONDIMENTS THEY SHOULD PROVIDE WITH THE MEAL IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Felt horrible for this spot and their empoyees, understaffed, long waits, and upset customers, no way to scan rewards app, is a manual entry, JIB has some work to do to catch up to other fast food restaurants.

This is an interesting Jack in the Box. The people working here are absolutely amazing, kind and very easy to talk to. The problem is they’re working at a little bit of a disadvantage. Please check out the pictures. You will see that the windows are all scratched and the outside of the doors and windows are pretty dirty. No one working there is proud of that.
On the other hand, the inside is extremely clean, the tables were spotless and the bathrooms look like they had just recently been cleaned from top to bottom. I didn’t even have a problem setting my purse down on the floor when I use the facility.
I had the grand breakfast and was a little disappointed in the temperature. The pancakes were ice cold, the syrup was ice cold, and the eggs were ice cold. The sausage and the hash brown were of a perfect temperature.
When I tried to use their Wi-fi, the agreement page was not working and the message, in big bold letters, told me to call this 1-888 number and tell them that the service was down. I did that. It did not work. The gentleman on the line had no idea why I was calling. He ask me what my store number was. He ask me what my managers name was. And I had no answers for any of this. As I told him, “I’m here to eat breakfast. I’m not an employee or store manager.” The gentleman on the 888 number seemed very confused and finally said he could not help me. So I was at this Jack in the Box without the ability to use Wi-Fi and no one to help.
Would I go to this Jack in the Box again? Yes. There was enough positives that it would be well worth going back.

So, I hadn’t been to Jack in the Box in a while, and I was really hoping it hadn’t hit rock bottom. Maybe it’s just this particular location, but wow, they didn’t disappoint in the worst way. My coworker and I stopped in around 11:30, starving and just wanting breakfast. After what felt like forever, our food was finally ready—or so we thought. Turns out, the order wasn’t even ours. Back it went.

When our actual food finally came out, we were blessed with a cold, rubbery feast. I mean, the hash browns tasted like they’d been fried in oil older than my last Jack in the Box visit. The sandwich? Also cold, also rubbery. So, back it went again. And what did we get in return? More of the same—cold, stale, rubbery food.

At that point, I felt I was pushing my luck. Let’s just say I wasn’t keen on seeing what “repercussions” might look like. So, I did what any customer would: tossed the food, rated them badly, and walked away.

Jack in the Box’s customer service motto, “We don’t make it until you order it,” clearly didn’t apply here. Or maybe they just don’t make it right until you’ve ordered it a few times over. Either way, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
