Staff seemed nice. I’m an indecisive person so sometimes takes me 5 to 10 minutes to decide what I want. I’ll sometimes watch one or two other people go and order in front of me to see what they get.(I don’t walk up to the counter until I’m ready) One of the people seem to be annoyed because I was standing there a bit long even though the restaurant wasn’t that full nor that busy. I finally ordered a jack Munchie meal and decided to ask for some ketchup and ranch. The lady before me had picked up the meal was able to get some ranch and I thought that was a great idea for a chicken sandwich. When I walked up to the counter when they called out my number I asked for ketchup and ranch, and the lady wanted to pretend like I didn’t say ranch and just handed me some ketchup with a bit of an undertone attitude, and proceeded just to hand me a handful of ketchup. I smiled and said thank you and walked away.

My sister went to get food and they completely messed up the order so we had to go back only to have the MANAGER argue with us and then took the burger added a piece of cheese and bacon, didn’t heat it up and acted like I was in the wrong for wanted my burger the way I ordered it. I will never eat at the particular jack in box again. It seems that this is an ongoing problem no matter what time of day it is and there food always seems to have a spoiled taste to it. Not toention the poor customer service
