Wouldn’t even give me a single ranch for my curly fries without paying extra. Most JitB locations give me 3+ sauces, no questions asked, and I’ve never been to one that didn’t automatically offer ranch with the curly fries.
Plus, the freestyle soda machine was unavailable, further reducing the incentive to come here.

Food was horribly cooked. The amount of oil was ridiculous. I ordered a sandwich breakfast combo and the hash brown was soaked with oil. That’s what happens when the oil is not the correct temperature. I could literally see through the paper bag! And to top it off the meal was $12! I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore and I think I may not go to Jackin the box also! Good luck with this!

There is a guy who works the drive thru either overnight or real early in the morning, and I can barely hear him on the intercom, and then I can barely hear him at the window. He’s either doing this or purpose, (the low talking) or He’s unaware that he’s not talking loud enough.

The metal chairs and minimalist sanitary aesthetic make me feel like I’m locked up or in some govt office like social security. Perhaps the clientele warrants such decor, but everything seemed cool whenever I’ve gone there. I always end-up here for breakfast, tho’. Perhaps the riff-raff sleeps-in around here.
The cashiers who have rung me have been professional, polite and accurate. Wait. That’s just like sheriffs at the jail. This is getting weird.
There are security cameras all over the interior and exterior. Like jail.
The restroom entrances are in the main room. Like jail.
During my most recent visit, my fries were cold and my burger wasn’t fresh – even though I waited long enough for them to cook fresh. Just like jail.

Place was discussing trash everywhere. Toilet overflowing. Workers where in the kitchen eating. One one even bother to come and ask for my order. I left the place and completely lost my appetite.
