The lady who answered the phone didn’t speak very good English. I tried to explain to her that they didn’t put my bacon in there.And she just kept repeating it, and I asked her what her name was, and she wouldn’t tell me.So I asked her for a manager or a manager’s name.She went and got someone else ,who answered the phone speaking only Spanish. He started laughing when I told him I didn’t speak Spanish ( I can understand some of it but can’t communicate what I needed. ) He switched to fairly good English until I asked for his name. Then he didn’t understand me and again when I asked for the manager suddenly no one understands but everyone is laughing. Then I got told they’re busy now (its 4:30 am , I just got off work an hour ago, they’re not that busy yet)
I understand this sounds petty and stupid to get upset over bacon but its not the mistake that makes me angry. It the absolutely disrespectful way the staff treated me.
I’m truly offended at the way the night crew treated a paying customer. I don’t like being made to feel ignorant because I can’t speak a language and to be made fun of because I am asking for the product that I paid my hard earned money for. If its .20 cents or $2 its irrelevant , its money that I worked for. To be treated like a joke though. JIB please train your burger excellence team to understand that this is a place of business that works with customers, not circus performers. That night crew is rude and unprofessional.

I came here cause its convenient to and after work. But I’ve been noticing that lately when this particular lady working the drive thru after ordering my food from the drive thru intercom the woman asks “would you like any sauces?” Where I responded “Yes, bbq sauce please” my total on the monitor screen was diffrent from when I pulled up to the window. The woman told me a diffrent new total and to my suprise is she charged me for my ONE bbq sauce, to which I noticed in the drive thru window a sign stating EXTRA Sauces are .25 extra charge. Wth? This lady is ripping of customers in plain sight, if she did it to me how many more customers is she ripping off? Upper management what’s going on?!!
