Just went to this Jack-in-the-Box. The customer service was really horrible. The employees have the worst attitude when you coming to giving sauces for an order. I ordered over $30 of food and the employees only gave me three ranches for my whole order when I politely asked them for 2 more and then refused to give me more.

Sunday June 4, 2023 1 pm. This is actually for the owner. Your workers are underpaid and overworked. Your dining room is closed and I feel for the few employees actually being there on Sunday. If theres a high turnover on Jacks it’s because nobody wants to work for owners who don’t take care of their employees. Jack in The box franchises are the worst to work for. mobile ordering from here sucks. Employees at this location dont care. Worst experience ever.. So today i mobiled ordered within 4 mins i received the email that my order was ready, that should of been my red flag. They are never that quick. I show up and guess what, they had not even started on my order because the lady working there didnt know how to do mobile orders. While waiting other people were coming and going getting their food. 30mins and nothing. Had to show them my email receipt multiple times and finally after 40mins i receive my food. The only reason to mobile order is for convenience if we cant even get that then what is the point. I should have just walked in and ordered. This place needs better training.

ZERO STARS……………. its 9:30am on a Sunday morning. This location is the worst I have ever visited. I order thru drive thru and after I PAID for my food I was giving my pop(drink) and ask to pull up front, weird, no one was in line. He said because the sensor will keep beeping, still weird, so I pull up waiting and waiting……….still waiting now their are two cars behind me…..finally the cashier runs out with my food and ask me “Can you move?” Literally, so I ask for my ketchup and salt. He comes back with ketchup and again ask me ” Can you move?” So now I’m heated. I have my food i have my ketchup why are you still demanding i move you just gave me my food. So i told him that was very rude you told me to pull up front even tho no one was in line, he was really trying to argue with me while I’m pulling away and on top of all the waiting my fries were not fresh……. so WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS I WAITING FOR?
