Just picked up chili seasoned curly fries after 1500 hours. Fries weren’t crispy, but crunchy and stiff. Forgettable service. Drive-thru reeked of urine stench. Why?

Once again I ordered the breakfast platter with both sausage and bacon and the didn’t give me the bacon. This happens to me almost every time I order it to go. They always leave out the bacon or the sausage. And of course I don’t find out until I get to work and can’t go back to get it fixed. Very disapionted

Food is alright I mean it’s jack in the box it’s all the same essentially, although the quality here is somehow worse. The service is such a let down every time. They come off as if you have done something wrong by having the audacity to order food? It’s a buzzard experience these people are terrible. Jack in the box was always a fast food standard for me because it is cost effective. But since moving into this area I have learned to eat other places because this one is always a terrible experience

Unfortunately notba good experience all around. We have had problems in the past, and had avoided them for awhile. Thought we would give them another shot but this time even worse. Went through drive through. The person taking orders sounded like a drill sergent. Not friendly at all. Had ro wait 5 minutes at the pickup window for food. To top it off there was a screw in my beverage. Probably came from the ice machine. Thank for putting us off for good. I would caution others from going there.
