I went to drive thru and asked for 4 crunchy tacos, and 2 Jr. Bacon, and fries, I had asked for taco sauce, they gave me ketchup, the Jr. Bacons were smashed and also had plastic on it! I have a picture of it. It was disgusting! I threw it away. Never coming here again! I’ve never really had a bad experience with this location, but this is a no for me. The lady name is Lucy from what it says on the receipt.

I like this location. The drive thru has plenty of room for most vehicles. It’s not tight by any means. They’re always fast and friendly there, and the food is hot and fresh.

UPDATE: Tried to go here again today, 4/22/23, and this time Sylvia threw a ranch sauce packet at me!!! Still have not heard anything back from ANYONE at the restaurant about the coffee problem. Now this? I’ve emailed and messaged them 3 times. No response. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

This place is disgusting. It wasn’t busy at all and there was only 1 table cleaned off. Employees are rude and just socializing with eachother instead of doing what they should be. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

I would suggest not to have a new person in the drive thru during peak hours on the weekend. Especially because some of us have a lot of special requests that they are unsure how to adjust on the order.

This place is Drive-thru only which leaves all of us delivery drivers in big trucks out of luck. If you don’t want to help people inside then don’t work in the food industry! Covid is not an excuse to be lazy. I’ve gone to other Jack locations that have been back to normal for ages now!
